周圍環境非常不錯，房間對着天鵝湖，坐在陽台觀景非常舒適。房間及設施乾淨、衞生、完好，很滿意。服務質量好，中餐廳餐飲菜色和服務也很好。

由於是在山腳房間較潮濕，另外我在湖邊豪雙住過在木屋也住過，湖邊的空調有一點噪音，木屋旁邊蛙叫厲害。

酒店環境很好，房間挺乾淨的，設施齊全，保養到位，早餐豐富味道不錯。就是蚊子比較多，關着紗門，點了蚊香，一晚上還是打了三衹。

與評論的圖片超級不相符，398一晚的酒店，根本不像酒店反而更像招待所，4.6的評都不知道是怎麼刷出來的，室內設施殘舊，居然還有蜜蜂，超級多蚊子，房間裏配的蚊液蚊片根本驅不了蚊子，一整晚都被蚊子咬，體驗感極差。週末一大早居然在安裝空調，發出很大的響聲，讓人無法入睡，多次打電話投訴無果，差評。

房間：不是一般的差，是非常差，房內一股黴臭味道，床單枕頭很臟，有股臭味和血跡，廁所蚊子多。換的房間都是一樣的，一間比一間恐怖，晚上牆裡麪的水管聲響，完全無法入睡。
設施：呢間療養院是怎評定的？泳池內的不是垃圾就是蚊蟲，池周邊的衞生看到都想嘔。
服務：從前台到娛樂服務態度都非常差，除了房間的清潔阿姨是有禮貌的，其他人員都不知道有沒培訓上崗的，質素態度都超級差。
總結體驗，以後免費也不會再去的地方，388的房價住了一晚又臭又臟的黑房，建議大家千萬不要踩坑。

酒店很大環境很好，泳池很好很大，還有深水區和遊玩區，小朋友很喜歡。酒店可以步行到附近景區，很方便。
再説説問題：
可能是山區，很多蚊子，房間有點潮濕，而且床頭衹有一個插頭，我們最後把電視和燒水的插頭都用了，勉強充完設備…
床墊沒有中間的軟墊，有點硬，而且睡起來感覺中間高兩邊低。
68元的早餐比較簡單，粥粉麪茶豆漿，沒有牛奶沒有烤麪包，而且炸雞塊沒有配番茄醬，問就是酒店沒有番茄醬…
更神奇的是不能延遲退房，延遲一個小時要收100…
衹能説，真的是很國企風格的酒店…
