The front desk staff upgraded my room and gave me a breakfast voucher! The view from the window was great, with a view of the swimming pool and the river. I also requested an iron, which was delivered promptly. Thank you so much! (1) I'm very sensitive to odors, and I didn't have time to make the room smoke-free when I moved. The soft furnishings absorbed a lot of odors. When I came back from a long day out, I found that my clothes and towels were all smelly. I got up in the middle of the night to open the window for fresh air. (2) There was garbage on the balcony outside the window.
