總體還是比較一般。有一點服務不到位的就是，外賣員外賣送到所謂的東座外賣架上，讓前台幫忙拿一下，畢竟人生地不熟的。前台還讓我們自己打電話給外賣員回來拿。我還是自己到前台問東座怎麼走，自己去拿，其實也不遠。我方向感好點能找到。我也是四星級酒店賓客主任。這樣服務確實有待加強提升！

The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly at night.
