You can’t cancel the booking neither negotiate to change the dates if anything happens , no matter the reason . Be careful to book this hotel unless you can afford to lose the money ❤️

This was our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, this time the experience was less positive. We were given a bad room, smaller, with wet stains on the ceiling, mold in the shower, and even a hole in the floor. Upon check-in, the room was not clean, there was hair in the shower, and surfaces were visibly dirty. In the following days, housekeeping was minimal, it seemed they only replaced water bottles and towels, while neglecting to properly clean or even make the beds.
This was disappointing, especially since I had a much better experience during my first stay. The hotel still has potential due to its excellent location, and it's a good choice if you’re lucky enough to get a nice room. However, if the room is bad, it’s bad.
