Duoya LOFT Hotel Apartment (Guangzhou Zhengjia Plaza Tiyu West Road Subway Station Branch)

第一間房間進去有股味道找到前台小姐姐申請換房，前台直接幫忙升級了下房型，裏面的設施很全，廁所衞生還蠻乾淨的，不過估計也開挺久的了，所以有些家居有擦不掉的痕跡，不過不影響使用，位置也在正佳廣場下方很方便，除了等電梯有點久（樓層很高）基本沒什麼毛病

房間老舊且有異味，天花板有黴斑，吹風機線都發黴了，下水道異味都能飄到客廳，熱水器用的最古老式燒水型的，熱水不穩定，洗個澡還要排隊等，地段繁華但衞生不行，服務人員微信衹讀不回，床單睡了身上起紅疹，都過敏了！！！衞生一塌糊塗，地面也未打掃乾淨，主打一個超級爛爛爛！！！

預訂這個公寓 因為就在香港來的永東巴士 正佳廣場 西門站 旁邊 房間很大 每張床1.8米闊 有2個洗手間 因為有老人家 只有上層可以洗澡有點不便 也提議房內樓梯增加扶手較安全 整體來說衞生程度可以 睡床舒適 推薦

樓下就是商場很方便 住的很舒服 衞生也乾淨 還有洗衣機
