Photos of rooms does not match actual rooms furnishing, bed and furnishings not as advertised. Twin beds only one is queen size bed with another foldable single bed. Access to the building after 7pm is not facing Haizhu Square but using another back door.

The girl at the front desk was very considerate. She arranged a quiet room for me and collected the takeaway food that arrived early. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Guangzhou. It feels like home.

儘管地點方便都不會再預訂這間酒店，也建議其他旅客不要預訂!!!!!!
1) 空調不夠冷，電視也不能使用充
2) 3點半後在前枱登記4個房間入住，只有2個房間打掃好，另外2個房間要到5點才打掃好，進門地下還是濕的
3) 前枱櫃台長期沒有人，就算加了微信也不能提供協助，差不多一個多小時都沒有回覆
4) 由於5時多才有房間，要求將2個房間退房時間延至5點，晚上有一個男職員已同意並會通知同事，但翌日前枱職員稱未能安排，如果延後退房需付額外費用，即使告知已獲職員同意亦不認帳，多番拉鋸後才勉強同意，浪費時間
5) 就算職員已同意將退房時間延至5點，但仍然將房卡鎖卡未能進房，再去前枱尋求協助但完全沒有人，除了我們以外另有其他旅客在前枱門前等候，致電亦未能接通，員工之間溝通安排混亂，不會再預訂此酒店!!!!!!!!!!!!!
