the room was super . Price very low, breakfast acceptable and good. very silent room. we had a great stay. staff are very responsible and friendly. the best part was self and free laundry. is close to bus station. a 10-15 minutes walking from subway but is ok. there are lots of food shops when u are walking to the hotel. thank u

This hotel deserves way more attention! It's a fantastic deal, and one of the most affordable options in Tianhe District. Plus, it’s just a 10-15 minute walk to Dongpu station. The walk flies by, though, because the area is lively, with tons of shops around, so it's almost like you're sightseeing on your way to the metro. The hotel itself is top-notch—from the super friendly staff to the spotless rooms. As an English speaker, I really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to communicate with me, using a translator when needed, and they always gave a warm greeting when I passed by. The cleanliness was impeccable; a huge shoutout to housekeeping for keeping my room spotless and well-stocked with water. Breakfast was another highlight! They rotate the menu every three days, offering a good selection of Chinese breakfast items like noodles, rice, buns, sausage, siomai, youtiao, coffee, milk, soymilk, and desserts. For just $18 a night, it’s a steal—I’ve rarely found a hotel at this price with such good breakfast, service, and, importantly, a safe and welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be back! Big thanks to the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen teams for making my stay so enjoyable! Plus point - there's a sushi cart outside the hotel & free laundry too.

Price excellent, position good even if Subway is not very close, breakfast very basic but included on the price so no complain, room small, but clean and with everything you need. There are even washing machine and dryer for free. Absolutely suggested

The hotel was a bit far from the Metro stations but otherwise it was great.

The hotel was very cheap, and the room was very large as well. The location is not too bad, especially if you take the subway. It's also very fast to use the taxi to get to all the interesting areas of the city. The staff were extremely helpful with getting me into the room, and even helped me with getting food delivered to the room using the food delivery app Meituan because I couldn't understand Chinese very well at all. I originally planned 2 nights but because of travel changes, I had to leave early, but they refunded me the 2nd night without any issues, so I feel that they really accommodated me well. They also provided free breakfast here but I slept in and missed it but I was very happy that they offered it for free. Very good hygiene, very cheap, decent location, very helpful staff

The receptionist was very considerate and kind, and the room aunt was also very good. She took all aspects into consideration. Because there were elderly people, she gave us a lot of convenience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was really good. I recommend it.

Environment: Dirty, messy and poor.....There is no worse hotel than this Hanting. The equipment is old, the air conditioner is dirty and ineffective. The mattress is sagging, and the room has a strong odor. The mirror faces the window. The curtains are moldy and of different lengths. There is no service. Don't stay in this hotel, it is really dirty

The room was very clean and comfortable. I went to the 7th floor for breakfast in the morning. The taste was very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The sound insulation was also very good at night. The overall stay experience was very good. I will choose this hotel again next time I come.

It's my first time staying at Hanting in Dongpu. I can see that it's a bit old, but the facilities in the room are very complete. The bed is big, soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is big enough. It's very convenient to go anywhere. There is a bus stop downstairs. I will choose here next time I travel!

I basically stayed here when I attended the Canton Fair. There is a shuttle bus and a lot of food downstairs. It's very good. There are prepared meals on the shuttle bus and fruit drinks when I get to the hotel. It's very good and cost-effective.
