The hotel facilities are complete. The room is clean and tidy. The location is excellent. The room has a wide view. The bedding is comfortable. It is highly recommended.

I was undecided about which hotel to stay when visiting Guangzhou from out of town. After seeing recent recommendations in Guangzhou, I decided to stay at the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou. I'd read reviews saying it was new, so I wondered if the food was good, the space, and the service wouldn't be up to par. I took the plunge and booked it. The room was very nice, with an air purifier. During check-in, the front desk staff, James, offered helpful tips on nearby attractions, explained the subway route, and even helped arrange a floor with a good view. I found the staff very helpful and patient, even helping with luggage. When I checked out, James was at work again, and he was very helpful with my check-out and invoice. This was a truly wonderful hotel experience. The only downside was the elevator, which might be a little awkward for first-time guests. I'm very grateful to Winston for his enthusiastic assistance during this stay. He helped me find my already arrived package on my arrival day and provided support throughout my stay. Even though he was the only front desk clerk in the lobby, his enthusiasm and positive attitude elevated the service of this newly opened InterContinental Hotel to the level it deserves. Furthermore, I hope the staff and other services on the 23rd floor can be further improved to the required level, and that new technologies such as robots and intelligent systems can be appropriately introduced! The river view of the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou is very beautiful, suitable for business trips or small gatherings with friends.
