The room is clean and hygienic. The owner decorated it very warmly. The location is great. Just down the street is the Pearl River. Around the corner is Beijing Road. It's very convenient for shopping and dining. The subway and sightseeing bus are right next to it.

First time booking a homestay in GZ.
Cute decor. Fridge/freezer was a good size and cold. Landlord was very nice and responsive via WeChat.
No space at all in one room for unpacking and other room had one window sill to put stuff. Small clothing racks that landlord can provide more hangers. Ended up opening and using 3 suitcases in the living room.
The small bathroom and super mini-laundry area did not meet my husband’s Canadian standards.

The boss is very nice. It rained heavily in Guangzhou and the flight was cancelled. We had to extend our stay temporarily. The boss braved the rain to help us move our luggage and drove us. The room was also very clean. If there were any problems, the boss would solve them immediately.
