1. Excellent Location: There's a bus stop downstairs, a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily commuting and living extremely convenient.
2. Comfortable Living: The room has excellent lighting, new furniture and appliances, and excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night and a very comfortable stay.
3. Attentive Service: The property management is extremely responsive. If you have any issues, just ask the housekeeper, and they'll come and resolve them within half an hour. They're also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience truly enjoyable.
