住了一個月，房間很乾凈，不論是前台還是打掃衞生人員以及餐廳人員服務都非常好，基本設施完善，在捷泰廣場附近算是優質酒店了，房間也很大，唯一需要改善的就是餐廳冷氣不足～

酒店硬件過關，房間寬敞，放兩張大床也不覺得擁擠，進門的盥洗區也夠大。
不足之處是鋪了地毯顯臟，續住打掃房間時桌面的食物殘渣沒有清理，沒有補充茶包。
酒店大堂服務一般。
