The room is not big, but the sanitation is OK

The front desk and staff are friendly, the location is very convenient, the environment is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast options are rich.

I stayed in this hotel for six days and deeply regretted it. If it weren’t for certain circumstances, I would have never stayed here. On the first day, they gave me a terrible room — very small, with no window, and it felt like a prison. After I complained, they moved me to another room that was slightly better, but the hotel overall is extremely bad, old, and rundown. The staff are the worst I have ever seen in any hotel: incompetent, unhelpful, and unpleasant (except for Lina, Shana, and Jack). The hotel provides no cooperation at all — even when parcels arrive, they do not assist me. Guests have to carry their own luggage and load it themselves into cars, as the staff refuse to help. The location is also bad. I strongly advise against staying here. I will never stay here again. Very good, the location is excellent, not far from the No. 5 subway station, and it's easy to get a taxi at the door! The third floor is the Guangzhou Tea Hotel Diandude, which is very comfortable to have morning tea with friends in the morning.
