看中了房間的獨立泳池和滑梯，別墅是新近落成的，各種設施傢俱都是比較新。入住前一天酒店就會主動聯繫提醒入住詢問準備小童用品，管家添加聯繫方式及時接待。每個房間都有獨立泡池，KTV音響設備還算可以，各房間門隔音比較好。管家對設施介紹細緻，充分溝通，比較負責任！

温泉不錯，各種功能泡池都有，環境衞生也好，就是到的時候4點了，還沒收拾好房間，最後我們在房間裏等

第一個問題：昨天上午管家就加了微信 告知了別墅區哪個房間 晚上到了房間 温泉池都沒有清洗 後面告知可以聯繫他們進行清洗 那為什麼不提前清洗？我定別墅不就是為了這個温泉池麼？本身到的就晚 再聯繫工作人員清洗一來一回不浪費時間麼？温泉池衞生本身就屬於房間一部分。 第二個問題：房間內水果都是上個房間吃剩下的，清理房間根本沒有進行更換，那個柑子上有個被扒開的指甲印，真的是很噁心 第三個問題：房間味道很大，不知道是衞生問題還是房間本身問題。 入住一小時退房連夜開車回家，半路導航中接到前台電話，竟然是告訴我不會退房費，我請問呢？我什麼時候要求退房費了？真的，一天的好心情因為這個破酒店全搞沒了！

You want to eat quietly and eat later. When you queue up, you find that there is no noodles at 10:20 (breakfast time is until 11:00). Although the dining time is long, it is in name only. The choy sum is cooked until soft and yellow, there are few stir-fried dishes, and there are too many steamed and boiled foods. The taste is not good. The porridge needs to be served by the staff, but the bowl is full of porridge inside and out. When you take the bowl, your hands are always sticky. It is too rough.
