房間環境和設施很差，房間實際嚴重與平台照片不符，服務態度很不滿意，處理問題一直推脱，微信不回覆，電話不接聽，溝通完成後36小時還未處理，房間地址偏僻

太失望了，極其差。圖2是剛進門的樣子，是還算可以，但當我走進去放好東西后，牆角的桌子是想怎樣呢？留着給客人自己組裝玩積木呢？房間少個圓桌也好過放個壞的桌子讓人膈應。其次地板很臟，這些黃點都是類似生銹的斑點，擦也擦不掉，看着很讓人糟心，這些斑點不衹是我圖片上的，整個房間地板都有，無時無刻不能不看到。進門的玄關天花板上還是壞的，總感覺搖搖欲墜。最要命的就是廁所，一直在響，問客服也裝作不理，應該是熱水器的聲音，一開水聲音就停止了，想象當你睡覺時一直有這個聲音在耳朵縈繞，你還能睡的好嗎？還有很多問題已經無力吐槽了，床上有雜毛。説有冰箱但是冰箱一點製冷效果都沒有，相當於板磚。儲物櫃裏堆滿了酒店換洗的床單被套浴巾（我忘記拍了），塞得滿滿當當，感覺我是住在他們店裡的雜物間一樣哈。總之這家店還是避雷吧，照片與實物嚴重不符，令人無語，住便捷酒店都讓人舒心一些

避雷啊兄弟們！！！這個名宿好逆天
先不説衞生堪憂，進門看到小蟲子，浴缸頭沒了，洗衣機也沒了，浴室門把手還斷了一邊，床下有紙團，櫃子門還是爛的，也不修一下，溝通還沒解決辦法，協商退一部分也一直沒結果。
最主要的是，牆還裂了一個大塊，跟地震過的一樣

酒店名字根本就不是上面看到的那樣，訂了這家酒店到那邊後，才發現是另外的一家，地方有距離，打電話過去又不接，浪費一整個晚上，無語😑至極！
