Hotel is perfectly located near malls and Beijing road. Staff was helpful with the collection of our parcels delivered at the reception. But service quality depends on the staff at the reception.
Room is spacious, tiny window, and we had a separate bathroom which was convenient (hotels in china often have the sink in the corridor and no proper door to the bathroom). Would stay again!

房間挺乾淨舒適的，交通很便利，距離公園前地鐵站很近，下面就是北京路步行街。辦理入住的時候前台看見我們帶兩小孩，還給我們升級了房間，服務很好。美中不足的是，房間的隔音差了一點。

We were given free upgrade to a bigger room, the room is spacious and very clean. Location is excellent with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Metro is short walk away. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Very happy with the 4 nights stay and will definitely stay again when come to Guangzhou.

I had an excellent stay at CityNote Hotel. The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian street and just steps away from the subway, which made it very convenient to explore Guangzhou. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with modern design and thoughtful amenities that made my stay comfortable.
The service staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in and check-out smooth and provided useful local tips. I also appreciated the quiet environment despite being in such a lively area, making it a great balance between convenience and comfort.
Overall, CityNote Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—cleanliness, location, service, and amenities were all top-notch. Unbeatable location, right on Beijing Road. Lots of good food and shops to explore right on the doorstep. Very new and clean hotel. Decent breakfast choices and good service.

Overall amenities and location is fantastic, in the heart of Beijing road! Daily room cleaning available however it’s quite funny that the ‘cleaning/do not disturb’ can only be turned on if you slot the card which normally discouraged to save electricity when you are out. So staff will go in your room to clean no matter what since the lights will go off.
Staff at reception are very approachable for collecting of your Taobao stuff, and 小希 that delivers your purchases via *******. Self service washer/dryers is amazing too if you need, I see ppl taking whole laundry basket to wash! Overall, I will definitely come back again!
Saw some reviews regarding the music at night, it’s true and honestly hard to avoid because their levels are stuck in between the pub, so noise travel up and down, and it starts at around 10pm onwards.
