環境乾淨，房間和裏面的設備都比較新，燈光、窗簾都可以語音控制，還可以播放音樂和調鬧鐘，早餐種類還算多，有麪包，兩種粥（一種是白粥，另一種每天不一樣，南瓜淮山粥，皮蛋瘦肉粥，綠豆粥，雜糧粥），有點心（主要有包，有紅豆糕，黃金糕，燒賣），有炒麪（粉），小炒，青菜，然後就是煎炸類（腸仔，章魚小丸子，藕餅，油條，雞塊，綠茶餅，炸香芋條），還有豆漿和牛奶。有下午茶，下午茶有蘋果香梨，獨立包裝的小零食（小蛋糕，小豆豆），下午茶的供應時間是12點到18點。宵夜是9點到10點半，有白象牌方便麪，粥，和小零食。總體來説住得還是挺舒服的，隔音也還可以，如果是走道有人説話還是聽得到，不過如果人家在房間基本聽不到聲音。
