The best location! It’s a lot of shops and caffe by near. Also few massage salon. That area very convenient because a big shopping mall and fancy restaurant and hotel in one kilometre away. The best deal for that price stay in the centre of Guanzhou and feel like at home. The security man in the entrance so kind and helpful. The communication with owner by WeChat was excellent and easy. Sure I would like to go back three again. Also view from my balcony amazing. At night it’s led lights from skyscrapers looks fantastic. But curtains it’s really black out style, so if you wonna sleep you will do it easy. My best recommendation!

The condition of this apartment was not as good as shown in the ads. The overall condition of this apartment was very old and horrible. It was kept and maintained poorly, broken stairs, microwave gone, power wire kept inside the bathroom, broken bathroom door, etc. The worst part was the sliding door in one of the room.... The air-con units were kept outside the sliding door and the lock was broken. As a result it was not able to lock the sliding door and the heat and noise of air-con units were dissipated into the room that drove me crazy the whole night! I don't recommend people booking this apartment until the company maintains a good standard of these apartments.

A nice place for a group stay.

The experience of the online check in is amazing super friendly staff that take care of your needs fast. The location is perfect for couples that want walk around some of the famous spots of GZ it is 3 min walk from K11.

Not bad location

Very good place to stay, specially for longer periods. It is equipped with kitchen appliances, tv projector speakers. Convenient place to roam around and order food as well.

Best location and good housekeeping. Security staffs are nice. I’ll recommend this hotel. Malls, convenient stores, subway stations etc everything nearby.

Great place to stay

It’s a good hotel with good location, very close to canton tower , it has all of facilities such as stove , washing machine and big water heater , very close to some malls but it’s a little old building , with clean room , price is good than other nearer hotels with expensive price . I suggest you to use this hotel if you would close to canton tower or that area
