位置很好找，就在逸景廣場這裏，旁邊也有很多吃的，早餐店也有，前台服務很人性化，我退房當天有事情回酒店沒那麼快，直接給我延遲到三點退房了，這個很好，必須五星好評，工號008的服務很好，而且很耐心給我辦入住
房間設施都比較齊全，有洗衣服在裏面，可以自己洗衣服晾衣服，不用跑去洗衣房，衞生是不錯的，基本細節都有做到位，地板也乾淨，裝修簡約風格吧，適合年輕一代
當天我早到酒店了嗎，酒店昨天滿房還沒有空房間出來，帶讓我在沙發上休息一下，等有房間出來優先安排，還給我遞水，整的我都不好意思
值得表揚就是不小心把馬桶弄堵了，叫管家處理一下，馬上就有客房工作人員來處理了，很有效率，服務到極致，不好地方就是馬桶我感覺容易堵，放多點紙巾可以堵上了

本來想去天河區那邊住酒店的，對比了好幾家就選擇這家了，沒有失望，環境是不錯的，房間不大，但該有的都有，服務很好，沒得挑剔，入住到我走都有人問我入住體驗，服務態度和服務非常友好，帶我看了幾個房間才入住，我選擇我喜歡的朝向，工作人員還是很耐心帶我去看房，全程還耐心解釋，還幫我拿行李
房間衞生是沒問題的，看房時候就聞到有一點點消毒水的味道，看得出來他們是有做消毒處理，配有一次性馬桶墊
位置不用説，地鐵就在附近，我都是打車出行，樓下就可以上車，去哪都方便多，附近也有商場，萬科裏可以逛逛
價格優惠，對於市中心來説比較優惠了，不貴，電視還可以投屏，也有空氣凈化器，直接加了V，24小時都有人回覆信息的
建議酒店增加小朋友牙刷，小朋友入住比較方便，好在我小孩自己帶牙刷來了，綜合也不錯的，還是不錯選擇的

酒店樓下有公交站，還有兩個地鐵站，去廣州塔或者北京路都很近，去旅遊景點都很方便，床墊睡起來特別舒服。洗漱用品都是一次性，用起來安心，雖然是一次性，但是牙刷的毛很軟，不會想其他酒店一次性用品的牙刷用起來是刺牙的，想正常買的牙刷一樣，床頭有多個USB充電口，四五個設備充電是沒有問題的。工作人員提前開好空調，一進房間瞬間涼爽。有一次性床單，沒有的話可以問前台拿一個，最方便的是可以讓前台幫忙打印資料，臨時打印資料不用到處找文印店，免費的哈哈，入住的説話可以加管家綠泡泡，打印的話也不用跑下樓直接微信上發文件給管家訊息就好了，打車的話很方便，因為這邊是個廣場，下樓之後走個5米左右，然後在路邊就能打到車，而且有很明確的地位，房間的內飾屬於簡約風格的，房間有好幾個香薰，窗户旁邊裝有空氣凈化器，窗可以半開着，空氣流通特別好，電動窗簾，按一下就好，採光特別好
個人喜歡住高層比較好，看外面都不一樣，但我沒有提前跟前台溝通，衹能住偏矮一點樓層，不過管家答應我下次給我打折優惠還可以提前安排好房型，太好了，其他問題都不是問題，推薦推薦

離江泰路E1出口特別近，服務是不錯，主動幫忙拉行李。房間沒啥問題、肉眼可見的乾淨，白天可以陽光曬到房間裏，有洗衣機冰箱，自助洗衣服，方便很多，不用跑去洗衣房，房間還有香薰進去之後有淡淡的清香，個人比較喜歡這種味道，很舒服的環境，然後他們店員説已經開業兩年了，還能做到這麼乾淨整潔的內飾，他們説中途裝修過一次房間，總體來説的話是屬於簡約風格，住的特別舒服，洗手間的熱水24小時供應的開水的話，基本不用等幾秒就有熱水，然後當天因為住好幾天，店員還給我升級了一個房型，還有桌子跟凳子，這樣特別方便，而且他們的設備都是比較狠心的那種，不像是老舊的，包括凳子跟桌子帶着筆記本，在這邊辦公的話，坐得還是比較舒適的，比較年輕化裝修，最可惜的就是當時來的有點晚了，員工説沒什麼高樓層了，不然住高層看得遠，周邊的話有好多家早餐店跟早茶店包括腸粉店價格都相對適中來旅遊的話來這附近吃的話還是比較划算的，也能吃到廣州特色，很喜歡這家店，包括前台的服務人員，跟阿姨給一次性用品都很大方，不會扣扣嗖嗖的，下次如果出差還有機會過來的話，會找小管家聯繫的

房間打掃得很乾凈，設施齊全，該有的都有。酒店附近有2個廣場，買菜看電影吃飯都有，房間裏面有電磁爐鍋要自己帶，樓下有個美宜佳還有檸檬茶店，然後房間有兩瓶水，喝完了可以在小管家微信説多少瓶都OK，24小時都有有人，隔音效果不錯，最高有到15樓，可以看到夜景，大窗户不錯，房間還有洗衣機和洗衣液，剛剛好住幾天的衣服有的洗，不用到洗衣房跑來跑去

房間佈置很温馨，細節處盡顯用心，比如床頭的小夜燈，亮度剛剛好。設施也都很新，住起來超舒適。酒店位置超絕，離地鐵站很近，周邊吃飯的地方也多，出行和覓食都毫無壓力。前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐講話很温柔，去樂蜂廣場就一個站，總體來説很舒服

比我預期的滿意，這次一個人來廣州，想着到長隆跟朋友順便聚一下，看看這裏的地鐵也近，去長隆也不遠，比較方便，市區和長隆坐地鐵也是20分鐘就到
整體環境還不錯的，有窗户打開，可以通風，採光也不錯，有陽光可以曬到房間裏，看到自然光心情都好，房間大小也適合，一兩個住是沒問題的，電視可以投屏，工作人員很熱情，有求必應
第二天退房也沒有催促我退房，耽誤了一丟丟時間，前台也沒有催我，很人性化，還直接給我延遲多半小時，也沒有收我費用，值得給五星好評
不好地方就是打車的話衹能到路邊，汽車開不進去大堂門口，拉個行李箱走幾十米就到大堂門口，拉行李比較多的話可以讓工作人員幫忙一下，下次也會來這邊
