Wasn’t quite as pleasant on the first day of check in, communication is through WeChat and I could not even contact the host for a good 1 hour sitting at the lobby. Deposit holding has to be paid via ALIPAY OR WECHAT PAY, as foreigner this is really difficult!
Registration (digitally, took about 45mins) and information could have been given way earlier and not leave me stranded with a 2 year old kid and myself heavily pregnant at the lobby for a total of 2 hours.
No refund would be provided if you cannot pay via either method. (PLEASE NOTE)
Location was the only thing that is perfect! Very near and workable distance to the mall!
The house is pretty dusty and not properly maintained. Kitchenware are all not really in good order, there are also stains on bedsheet.
If you are particular about cleanliness will not recommend for sure. But location and is a thumbs up!

Host was very friendly and nice. Made sure we completed all necessary documentation prior to checking in. Very prompt with responses and tips for travel. Many packaged one-time use towels are provided which is very hygienic. Please bring your towel if you prefer. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here especially with the location very conveniently nearby malls and railway stations.

The B&B facilities are old and look very different from the pictures. The sheets are wrinkled and look like they were left untouched by the previous guest. The sofa is old and the fabric is rarely cleaned, and the underlying hygiene is even more worrying. Compared to chain hotels, it's really not worth it. The price isn't cheap, and after looking at the pictures, it's hard to imagine staying here safely for a night. 😂 Of course, there are some advantages, including convenient transportation. It's right outside the subway, and Beijing Road is almost right outside. Service is limited to WeChat communication and sending the electronic door lock code.
