剛剛踏入酒店的那一刻，第一句問候先生歡迎回家WU服務很有禮貌，也是蠻熱情的小姐姐，在前台辦理入住很快，第一時間也會給客人端茶倒水，有熱毛巾擦擦手，就像回到家的感覺，服務真的太好了，給客人介紹酒店的設施設備很詳細的，入住期間有免費的停車，交通便利方便出行早餐很豐富，中西結合，有煎雞蛋，西式麪包，油條，小米粥，小炒菜類，咖啡，水果和飲料等等，能夠滿足不同客人的口味需求，又有烤箱很方便還可以自己動手做個新鮮剛出爐吐司麪包，沙拉醬也是蠻不錯的。餐廳的小哥哥服務也是很好的，及時清理餐桌上的食物更換餐具。來到廣州也是可以享受吃當地的特色，中午或者晚上累了，不想出門很遠，就在酒店一樓麗豪軒餐廳潮汕牛肉火鍋店，原汁原味，牛肉也是很新鮮，牛肉都是現切現做的。環境衞生也是很乾凈的。客房大姐服務也是很有禮貌的，見到客人都會主動問好，有什麼需要幫助的嗎，房間衞生也是打掃很乾凈整潔的環境，光線很好，齊全的設備，讓人可以放心地使用。走廊和房間的香薰，聞起來很香。不錯我也喜歡香薰的味道。WU還給我免費延遲到中午14點退房，離店了在前台還可以免費寄存行李喲。很方便出去一會辦事情不用大包小包的帶出去。總體來説還是蠻不錯的，服務和細節方面都是很到位，我很滿意。
