好久之前住的了，今天準備跟公司報銷 才想起來要評價，説起來也是哭笑不得，那天辦理入住時正趕上一對未成年小情侶想開房，然後我仔細聽了一下原來是因為酒店有規定不允許未成年人單獨入住，更何況還是異性，倆人就一直在前台吵吵鬧鬧，還撞到了我的小孩，硬是拖了半個多小時！當時真的煩的不行，本來趕路就累，結果還得乾等着。不過必須誇誇前台那羣00後工作人員，換做別人估計早沒耐心了，但他們一直很耐心的跟那對小孩子解釋規定，態度我是覺得可以，大概是覺得實在耽誤了我們時間，看我們兩個大人帶着一個小孩，不僅主動給我們免費升級了房型，還熱情地幫忙搬行李，推嬰兒車，本來一肚子火，看到升級後的16樓高層房型瞬間氣消了！採光很不錯，窗外風景也還可以。後來聊天才知道，整個前台團隊都是年輕活力的00後，溝通起來特別順暢，一點沒有距離感。看我像是來旅遊的，還主動安利了好多本地人私藏的打卡點和美食店，攻略都不用自己做了，但其實我還是個來出差的打工仔，順帶帶着我家人過來玩。作為一個經常旅遊的酒店“老炮”，住過的酒店風格各異，但這家還挺特別，它沒有奢華到誇張的裝修，也不是十全十美，但勝在人情味十足。不管是來旅遊還是出差，尤其是喜歡和年輕人打交道、想收穫貼心服務的朋友，可以試試這裏的

酒店位置很方便，距離長隆很近，走路過去也就十來分鐘就到了，房間五臟俱全，很適合臨時落腳點

不是水軍，值得評價，比起之前住在天河區，房價直接砍半
1、酒店大堂裝修的還挺氣派，門口有一個很大的暴力熊，都可以作為一個小小拍照打卡地了
2、房間配的設施挺齊全，至少都實用，不知道是不是所有房間都一樣，我住的這間房間裏是有獨立洗衣機的，之前有住過其他配有洗衣機的酒店但基本都是固定的洗衣房，要出房門去洗讓我覺得很不方便，這邊是直接在房間配備了洗衣機，這一點其實其他酒店可以參考一下
3、小冰箱冷藏層空間足夠，買的水果飲料和打包的甜品都能冰着。
4、床頭配了帶插座上小夜燈，細節人性化
5、出門右轉那條街上全是餐館，從早茶到夜宵都有，走兩步就是一家店（有一家茶點餃子好吃，忘了叫啥名字）
6、酒店穿出去直走五百米就是地鐵站，3號線直達珠江新城，也能直接到廣州塔，帶孩子的話建議錯開早晚高峯（我們是聽的酒店建議，九點多出門避堵），打車去長隆北門也就起步價，比坐園區接駁車快（比另外一邊的麗楓還是哪個酒店要近點）
7、在前台的時候有注意到服務員會主動給小童拖鞋
酒店唯一讓我覺得不足的一點是我們是當天中午十二點多去的辦入住，可能是我們來的比較早吧，進房間的時候有一股消毒水的味道還沒完全散去，導致我鼻炎有點犯了，建議給鼻炎客人提示下
