自己住在這棟公寓，家裡人來玩為了方便就訂了這裏，結果還沒住進去管家就搞了兩波烏龍“充滿抱歉”（圖123）①提前訂到南向房給了別人②給錯別人房間的密碼到我這裏。
進了他們公寓，實物和圖片完全不符，冰箱裏還有之前住客留下的食物，冰箱臟的嚇人（圖4），空調很臟，牆紙發黴脱落（圖5、6、7），地板陳年污漬（圖8、9、10），衞生間地漏吊頂發黴（圖11、12、13）。
另外家裡人還表示房子一大股黴味，住不下去了，提前回家了。我向客服提出提前退房，她表示無法退回任何費用。
