Hot spring Hotels in Guangzhou

The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

Great place what can reach without train from Guangzhou. Great swimming pool. Nice separate cozy rooms. Tasty breakfast and hotel restaurant or room food delivery. Nearby nice park with river, if take Didi and move little bit far to forest there amazing waterfall. Perfect for weekend to rest from big city life.

The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Amazing surroundings beautiful spa with hot springs. Felt very relaxed and recharged. Only thing is I would say the hotel feels dated. But this is really not a place to stay in your room.

The hot spring pool is clean and sanitary, and there are jade beds, etc. The service staff has a good attitude, helping to provide towels and clean up the towels used by guests in time. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is also authentic. The environment of the restaurant is also very comfortable, and the attitude of the waiter is friendly and professional. In general, I am very satisfied with the overall experience of this hotel. This stay experience made me feel very happy, and the whole family was relaxed before the end of the holiday. It was great! I will recommend it to my friends. Relaxing two nights. I come here often because the staff is so courteous especially the lady at the hot springs reception. This time i decided to bring work with me and i got a lot of it done while taking breaks to dip in the hot springs. Waking up, soaking in the tub and watching the sunrise is such a blessing. The breakfast was up to standard as usual. But something has to be done about the smell in the balcony. Also, the overhead shower head seems to be clogged in every room ive stayed in. The public hotspring area seems to have had a deep clean as the tubs and surrounding areas look cleaner. Recommended place to relax and have good service.

The hair dryer is very poor and heavy. Girls with long hair have to hold it to dry their entire hair and their hands are tired. Other services and environment are very good. It is suitable for weekend rest. I will go there again if I have the chance! I hope to change the hair dryer next time🫣

There are medicinal food, lavender, cave hot springs, etc. (The disadvantage is that there are more people on Sunday afternoons, and it is a bit crowded. There are fewer people around 10 o'clock in the evening, and you can choose any pool) Food: The hotel booked includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, and there are many types of food Overall, this hot spring hotel is worth recommending, but there are still areas that need improvement

Our stay was very enjoyable. The Swiss themed loft was lovely; spacious, quaint, clean and all appliances were functioning. Pictures are accurate. The private onsen was nice. The temperature gauge wasn’t working though. The outdoor space around the onsen, especially the tired and stained walls, can be a little cleaner but it didn’t damper the experience. The staff were brilliant. 小李 at reception was very helpful. The fondue we preordered wasn’t available but he arranged for a replacement hotpot swiftly. When I left my key inside, one message on WeChat and he was at the door within minutes. 阿寶 at the restaurant was also superb. She was very attentive and proactive. Service is 100/100. Would certainly return!

I decided to take a hot spring bath late at night. This hotel was the right choice! The garden-style courtyard design, opening the sliding window and listening to the gurgling water is really pleasant ~ There are small trains, seesaws and swings, koi... Next to the Lotus Mountain Scenic Area, perfect! Everyone here is very friendly😊The front desk guy who answered the phone late at night, the front desk lady who helped to change to a larger bed and gave more breakfast coupons, the big sister and brother who took the initiative to help with the luggage... Thank you🥰 The only drawback is that I hope the bathroom and toilet doors can be covered with frosted film, which is really embarrassing😥
