The staff were proactive and accommodating, promptly arranging a new room when one was available. Although it was a bit of a hassle carrying our luggage late at night, the entire process was incredibly thoughtful and professional, with no complaints or discomfort. We stay at the Y Hotel to enjoy a relaxing vacation and a pleasant stay, and I'm very grateful for the staff's helpfulness and care. However, there are canteens, restaurants and bakeries in the town, which are very close. It takes only two steps to get there. In fact, there is no need to have breakfast in the hotel. Haha
