This hotel is amazing. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly as well. The room was modern. The breakfast was great too. If you can speak English, please contact the General Manager, Trista. She took care of me throughout my stay, even during my business trip to another city. Trista is the best. Some staff members aren’t fluent in English—only a few. So, please look for Trista, the General Manager. Without her help, my entire trip would have been a disaster! She guided me on public transportation, places to visit, food, taxis, and more. She is so wonderful! I strongly recommend this hotel. Because It’s very easy to get there from the airport by Subway Line #3. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but it was expensive—I paid 220 yuan. If you take the subway from the airport, it’s only 8 yuan, and there’s only one line at the airport, so you can’t miss it. No transfers are necessary; it’s a direct ride. 1. Take Subway Line #3 at the airport and get off at ”CANTON TOWER CENTER,” Exit B. 2. Go out at Exit B, walk straight for about 5 minutes, 3. and you will find the ”ATOUR” hotel. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. Take the elevator from the 1st floor to reach the front desk on the 2nd floor. The hotel is the right in front of Canton Tower, so you can see that every night, lol. E room is great, clean and spacious. What I like about the room is the separation of bathroom facilities. I also like how there’s a hanging area for laundry, which is a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is also located quite close to the subway stations, making it a nice 10 minute walk with great amenities around.

The service is very good, the counter staff is very friendly and helped me to solve the parcel receiving issue, and the environment is also very good, I can sit in the relaxing area to enjoy the night view of Guangzhou tower. Walking distance to the Pearl River to enjoy the view is also another plus point.

I was visiting with family from England. Staff were very accommodating and friendly even though there was a slight language barrier. Our room was upgraded on arrival and the room was spacious and very well themed. We loved the layout out of the room and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was close to Canton Tower which was on our itinerary of things to do in Guangzhou. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if in Guangzhou.

The hotel staff were really excellent, friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. Each time I need anything everyone does their best to help me. The view of my opera facing room was magnificent, the breakfast was excellent and the in-room dining was delicious as well. I truly recommend it and definitely I will come back during my next visit.

Impressed with the hospitality of the hotel staff. Felt very welcome upon checked in. Offered guests free afternoon tea and supper. There is a food alley just behind the hotel and a shopping mall nearby. Booked the river view rooms for the canton tower view, and the view was totally worth it. Toilet and shower areas are separated. The only inconvenience is that there is no place to hang clothes in the shower. You have to open the glass door to get your clothes. Quite awkward amd challenging as I'm staying with my dad.

Kids and wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel and was better than expected at this price point. The front and cleaning staff were very friendly, accomodating, and professional. Room was well maintained and clean. The king size bed was big enough for the 4 of us and TV supports apple airplay, which was great for the kid's favorite tv shows. Subway is a 5 minute walk from the hotel , which is an easy and fast way of getting to Canton Tower , Beijing Road, and beyond. The gym is minimal but good for keeping my daily running routines while on vacation. Laundry is also fully supplied with detergent, sanitizer, and even a heating iron. I will definitely be coming back when i decide to return to Guangzhou.
