Traveling with friends, I chose this store by mistake. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded my room to let us experience the table! I have a chat with my friends around the stove AVIC tea, chat for a whole day, sitting on the big terrace, lakes and mountains, flowers and birds, sunset in the evening, stars at night. The room was clean, the room had air conditioning and radiators, and it was hot to sleep at night. The room also sent children's slippers and toothbrushes. Dinner is also ordered to the room, and the demand can be solved. The food tastes good and cost-effective. Although there are emergencies, it will be solved, even if people leave the store, they will take the initiative to contact. This is what surprised me, it is estimated that five-star hotels do not have such a service attitude. Give you a thumbs up 👍

On weekends, I met with friends to take my children to Guangde Taiji Cave. I chose Taiji Jinling Villa, the closest to the scenic spot. The sanitary condition of the room was OK. Trip.com Points were redeemed for welcome fruits and gifts. What I dare not compliment is the choice of restaurant service and breakfast in the villa. Considering the convenience, I ate two dinners in the villa. The funny thing is that when I was halfway through the meal, the service staff came over and asked to settle the account first. (It is just different from the person who settled the bill). 😂, I don’t know if there is this kind of rule for eating here to pay in advance, or the independent behavior of the employees. I hope to get off work early and remind diners indirectly. But you are the service industry. How can there be a customer who comes to pay the bill first when they eat half of the time, and the time is not very late, and it is this model for two consecutive days. Speaking of breakfast, it ended at nine o'clock, and there was no food when I went at eight. There were not many options for it. I felt that this business philosophy still needed to be improved. The location of the hotel is at the junction of Suzhe, Zhejiang and Shanghai, but there is still a clear gap compared to the service standards of the same-level hotels in Su and Zhejiang.
