Hotel Dali Plaza Ejecutivo Reviews

I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

It looks a lot better in person than it does on their website. It was walking distance from the Historic Center which is where the Cathedrals are located. Great customer service. The food was okay.,but I wouldn't choose to eat there again. But overall my experience was fantastic.

This is really the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in since I came to Mexico. Not only is the room large, the bed is large, it is also very clean, the price is very cheap, and the location is great, located in the city center, and it is also very quiet! Recommended

Excellent to rest and have a view of the city of Guadalajara with the best location for what is necessary

Not bad. It's next to the church and convenient for shopping.
