There is a strange smell in the sewer in my room, but there is no problem with other services.

The hotel is in good place. Nice staff and wonderful rooms. Breakfast was ok. Super clean hotel. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was top notch. I would definitely recommend. Family hotel , nice and good hotel.

Great location just across the train station next to tramway station, walking distance from downtown. and lots of nice restaurants. Very friendly and young staff, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes etc. nice and clean rooms, comfortable and quiet, some a bit small but you get what you pay for.

good location just near Grenoble train and bus station. You can select a quiet room. The space is big enough. Breakfast not good. Do Not value 12 euro

Great location, close to train station/bus stop for easy access;large space for packing. Some equipment has small dust, electric kettles have scale, it is recommended to bring your own kettle or purchase bottled water. The sound insulation is average and you can hear the sound of walking outside the room. Friendly staff!

A charming hotel. Hearty breakfast that includes everything needed. Very spacious rooms with huge bathrooms (we had to be lucky on this one) and very clean.The hyper central location allowed us to dine in a very warm restaurant highly recommended by the impeccable staff of the hotel. We are delighted with this getaway!

I stayed for five days in this hotel near the railway and bus stations. It is a calm hotel with kind personnel. The breakfast is good. The room and facilities were clean and tidy. This hotel is near me main bus and tram lines that take you to almost every part of Grenoble.

Very bad experience, I had to change rooms twice (the first was at 16°C and smelled of tobacco - the hotelier was aware and put me there anyway -, the 2nd had an electrical problem) for finally found myself in a tiny room. We are closer to a 2 star than a 3 star. I will never go back there even if it is well located opposite the station.

Dilapidated, poor, bad taste, poorly maintained, stingy... expensive... the price should be 40 € max, I paid 104.55 €. It was the only availability near the station, having to spend the night in Grenoble following the cancellation of my connection due to the SNCF strike. Room without furniture (the minibar placed on a stool), no light in the toilet, burnt out lamps in the room, no decorative element, just a bed, a small table and two chairs... it's an old hotel which is was stopped after the 2nd world war... and it stayed like that. Dismal. After posting my review on the reservations page I received insistent, insulting and threatening calls from the owner. When I blocked his landline number on my cell phone, he also sent me threatening text messages saying that they had taken a plant to the police headquarters, trying to dissuade me from withdrawing my review. De passage sur Grenoble ce dernier week-end de février nous avons pris une chambre dans cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec la gare, nous étions au 4eme étage, la chambre était très bien le petit déjeuner à volonté très bien aussi, et le rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct.

A fuir !! J’avais réservé une chambre plusieurs jours à l’avance via internet, avec confirmation reçue par e-mail. Une fois sur place, quelle surprise : le gérant nous annonce qu’il n’y a plus aucune chambre de disponible et qu’il ne peu nous recevoir car il avait pris une réservation d’un groupe de skieurs qui venaient séjourner pour un séjour plus long que nous ! Aucune excuse, juste un mépris total en nous disant qu’il y avait pire que ça et que ça faisait la 3eme fois dans la journée que des personnes étaient dans la même situation que nous et que nous n’étions pas les seuls. Après un long trajet, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans hébergement, livrés à nous-mêmes un 14 février. Une attitude irrespectueuse et un manque de professionnalisme flagrant !! Passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas vivre la même mésaventure !

Une adresse agréable juste en face de la gare qui permet de profiter de l'infrastructure tout en étant à proximité de la ville que l'on peut découvrir à pied. prix très corrects et accueil plutôt sympathique. Une belle surprise pour cet établissement.

Buen, hotel, céntrico, limpio y buena atención en el desayuno. Tienen parking propio por 15 euros. El personal está pendiente de que te encuentres a gusto. Muy agradable. Lo recomiendo. Desde el hotel hasta el teleférico andando unos 12 minutos.
