Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом банкоматы и магазины . При заезде попросила номер с холодильником , дали без проблем . Так как читала до этого отзыв что номер без холодильника . Внизу есть кофе ,яблоки . Все понравилось

The location of the hotel is good, close to ATMs and shops. Upon arrival, I asked for a room with a refrigerator, they gave it to me without any problems. Since I read a review before that the room does not have a refrigerator. There is coffee and apples downstairs. All liked it

I work for  DELL.   we had a meeting today 12/07/23 and Lorena gave us the best service I'm and my group have ever gotten I travel a lot and it's really hard to find this kind of hard working people.

Pros: Breakfast provides a great variety, the location is fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I really love the scenery. There were so many nice things to see, and the pool was also clean.  Cons: During the initial day of our stay, we encountered a bed bug in our room. Promptly, the hotel staff relocated us to a different room and provided complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. Subsequently, in the alternative accommodation, we experienced a malfunctioning window curtain which required a day to rectify. On the third day, we requested face towels and were informed by one staff member that they were unavailable, only to later discover from another staff member that they were indeed in stock. That evening, a customer engaged in a tempestuous altercation with the lobby staff, causing my family and I to feel considerably unsafe due to the usage of inappropriate language. Regrettably, no compensation was offered in response to these issues.
