There was a bit of a pity in the service, but the kindness of the staff was really good I am willing to visit this hotel next time.

The room is basically satisfactory. The facilities are a bit old. The room is also small. The hygiene is OK. The bed is very soft. There are not many kinds of breakfast. There is only one kind of fruit: apple. The waffles taste good. Overall satisfied.

The Hotel is located within five minutes of any activity Grand Forks has to offer. Our hotel is just off I 29 and Exit 138 on S 42nd St. Take in an event at the Alerus Center, Ralph Englestad Hockey Arena, Betty Englestad Sioux Center, Chester Fritz or UND. Check in was at 3pm and we couldn't get into our room until after 5pm, housekeeping couldn't keep up due to the hockey team the night before. So sitting around for 2 hours we were upset.
