The overall price is relatively high, the breakfast is relatively rich, and the lunch and dinner are relatively cost-effective. Breakfast is 5 euros, lunch and dinner are 15 euros, it is recommended to buy together when booking a room.

This hotel is perfect if you wish to have a perfect sleep and a relaxing holiday because it is far from roads or other sources of noice. The rooms are large, with windows overlooking the beautiful garden. The outdoor space is fantastic, there are different area of the garden to enjoy and also a nice pool. You can spend your day at the hotel enjoying the lovely garden, the pool and also the restaurant. Good breakfast is included. The location of the hotel is convenient too, because close to the seaside, to the mountains and also to Las Palmas. Santa Brigida is the closest village and it is a very pretty village to visit.

Hotel was clean, apartments are very spacious including balcony. All rooms are Seaview. Beds are comfi too. All receptionist are super cool and very helpful. Apartment could do with a little renovating. Apartment could do with an oven also around swimming pool could do with a little renovating as you can see like mould from the water on the edges of pool. I think dinner and breakfast for adult is too expensive. Overall I would visit again.

We booked the Presidential Suite for two nights with a sale price of 518 euros per night including half board. On arrival, there was no one to help with the luggage. The receptionist was friendly during our check-in and pointed to a bar where we could have self-service welcome drinks. The receptionist told us that our luggage would be delivered to our suite. However, they were not delivered in an hour and we had to return to the reception. We found our suitcases lying in the middle of a bigger group of luggage. There was a wrong room tag attached to them. So we took the suitcases and brought them ourselves to the room and could finally unpack them. After that, we went to look out the Privilege pool. We had stayed at this hotel 10 years earlier and this pool has come after that. Here we could find only two tables under the shade. Outside there was a self-service drink station with beer and cava. We had quick beers and returned the same way, the stairs to the third floor. We found the interior Privilege Lounge where we were ten years ago. However, our wristbands didn't open the door. We went back to the reception two floors up and our wristbands were recoded. However, the door to the lounge didn't open, and again up to the reception. The new receptionist told us we had no access to this lounge because we had booked only half board. This lounge is only for all-inclusive guests. However, the room description says that ALL Privilege Services are included for the guests staying in the Presidential Suite. It is nowhere mentioned that the main lounge is only for all-inclusive guests. I don't understand at all why only all-inclusive guests have access to this lounge. We never saw someone sitting inside this lounge. There are nicer pool bars and other bars where all-inclusive guests can have their drinks and also get bigger snacks the lounges usually serve. However, we didn't get access to the lounge. Luckily, we finally found a small although quite dull lounge attached to the Privilege pool. How fancy it is to have your drinks from plastic cups. Because of the pool, this lounge doesn't have proper glasses. After returning from the dinner, I started wondering where is our welcome gift. We had three reasons for that. Firstly, I am a H10 Club member. Secondly, Privilege guests should get a welcome gift and thirdly guests staying in a Presidential Suite at a five-star hotel usually get some kind of attention. However, there were only three water bottles lying on the table. No welcome cards could be seen or even the cocktail coupon included on the lowest level of the H10 Club. At this point, I sent a second email to the reception. The first one before the dinner was about the misleading information that all Privilege services are included. The cocktail coupon was pushed under the door at 22:00. Also I got a reply that our welcome gift would be delivered tomorrow. The next day coming back to the room, there was a water bottle, a small H10 Club box of s

Lovely hotel furnished to high standard. location very good. Rooms were nice although air con had a mind of its own.. The pool area is small but quiet, we had 2 kids with us and felt a little awkward frim the looks from people. This should be adult only. One big negative was the officious lifeguard. made us feel very intimidated. no drinks by pool not even a packet of sweets. we had sat in sunbeds all morning only went across road for lunch and when returned our stuff had all been removed. Apparently only allowed to have 30 mins away from beds. Not many people could eat lunch in 30 mins!! He was the only negative.
Lopesan Baobab Resort

Very suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. There are 9 swimming pools, you can definitely find the place you want to lie down and relax. There is a long row of shopping festivals and small restaurants at the entrance of the hotel. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The Chinese boss behind the scenes is super enthusiastic about us every time we eat After sending a large glass of wine, take a 7-minute taxi ride from the center of the dunes
