Overall, this hotel was a superb experience. We arrived around 18.00 in the evening after a long drive. Unfortunately some technical error in their system required us to wait in the lobby for about 30min, but we were swiftly compensated in the form of free parking and a complimentary prosecco in the room. The room itself was beautiful. Amazing view, very comfortable bed and TV placement, a very long bathtub. The only mild annoyance was that the bathroom light was finicky to turn on and adjust. The spa is a must-experience, especially after a long drive from one side of Sweden to the other. It was excellent; nothing to complain about. The best thing about Upper House however, is the breakfast. I have never had a better breakfast experience anywhere else in the world. I would gladly stay again just to eat their breakfast menu. Very excellent stay, great service and great food. A solid 9.5/10 experience.

The location is very good, just opposite the train station, 200 meters away are the malls and shopping centers in the city center, and the intersection of multiple rail transit lines. When traveling to Europe, it is best to stay at the central train station, the closer the better. The room has a big bed and is very comfortable. The price/performance ratio is good

It was a quite wonderful experience to stay at First G hotel in terms of the following, I can actually say I have never gotten this kind of experience outside of Japan in my life. Their services with smiling faces, breakfast especially scrambled egg and a lot of line up of breads, convenient location to take almost all trams which will take you anywhere in Goteborg, finally entire performance per cost. There is a parking lot opposite the hotel, and night parking is cheaper than the parking lot at the door, but the front desk pretended not to know.

The hotel is located next to the railway station and looks very beautiful. Especially at Christmas time, the hotel service is very considerate, and it will help bring parking to pick up the car. Breakfast is OK. The restaurant on the second floor is no problem except for being expensive. :-) The swimming pool on the roof is particularly great. Although it is a bit smaller, it is not here for exercise after all, but the atmosphere is very good!

Had a very nice stay, the only bad thing was that the ventilation didn't really work as it should and then when we were going to check out, we still had about 5 minutes left before check out time when cleaning only opened the door after knocking 1 time instead of waiting when we were to answer they just opened the door and saw us said oh sorry and closed the door again felt very uncomfortable I don't really feel that it is standard service in such a hotel.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for a while, especially for the price which is excellent value for a hotel in the heart of the city. Very close to the airport bus (100m) and walking distance to everywhere downtown. The staff were all smiling and very helpful, and special mention to the excellent buffet breakfast. The room was a very good size, as was the bathroom. Fairly fast wifi, and loved the unusual set of dumbells in every room for a quick workout!! Will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend.

I loved everything about my stay. First, the hotel is extremely well located across the station and the bus terminal. The entire ground floor is occupied by cozy seating areas, a bar and restaurant that are equally cozy and inviting.  The room was functional and well designed, the bed comfortable and the internet fast and reliable.  The breakfast was extremely varied and of great quality.  I loved the early buffet with a variety of items to take with me when I left at 4:00 am.  An all-around fantastic experience.

I really like this hotel. I always book it every time I went there and never let me down. Hotel location is very good, close to the port, after breakfast, you can take a walk at the pier, the air is very good. It takes a two-minute walk to take the ferry to the city centre. It is very convenient, and it is expensive to take a ferry. The breakfast was very rich, the Swedish breakfast, there was no hot water before, but there was hot water. Can be an extra bed, but to pay, the specific price is not clear. The parking lot is very convenient, but the cost is quite high. There are small supermarkets around the hotel, there are quite a few restaurants, and the hotel also has a restaurant that tastes good.
