Perfect location near tram stations and lively streets. Lovely and helpful hotel staff, amazing rooms and good ammenities. It's a perfect hotel for small trips look nowhere else! Also rooms have great view of the cathedrals :)

Location and the property are very nice nearby all the highlighted spots. House keeper is very helpful. (Room entry card was not working, I got a big help from her.) I deducted 1 point from the service of reception once she ignored my request of small spoon. Overall is great.

Overall ok. Requested for dental stuff like toothbrush but no response. Overall below average for such hotel.

Location is unbeatable. Breakfast was nice as well :) however I left something behind after check out and when I emailed the hotel about it, I did not even get a response. Really disappointed :(

Very central and easy to find. Expensive parking as almost everywhere in cities. Breakfast and drinks were good.

Excellent hotel in a central location within Gent. Very friendly, helpful staff and good amenities including an outdoor pool, small indoor gym and sauna room which needs to be pre-booked. I felt breakfast was overpriced for what it was, I’d skip and eat out.

Nice hotel and location..

There are game machines in the lobby for easy waiting. The location is very good, right next to the Christmas market. I took my children to the Christmas mass. It's only a few stops away from T2 to Kenipolis Gent to watch a movie. There is a very good restaurant at the door. There is Amateur gentle 2 outside the door, which specializes in eating local special grilled pork chops. It costs 24 euros per adult and is suitable for big eaters to eat unlimited grilled pork chops. There is also an Albert supermarket next to the Ferris wheel for convenient shopping.

The hotel is located right next to the bell tower, and the main attractions such as the Count's Castle, the City Hall, the cruise ship pier, the Vanilla River, the church... are all within walking distance. It is not too far from Ghent Railway Station, but you still need to take a taxi. The tram is also very convenient.

Located in the center, you need to get a car access permit in the center online or at the reception, the receptionist can do it for those who go with their own car. Parking €30 per day. Has a fridge and kettle in the room

The hotel has a large courtyard and even a swimming pool. The lobby is beautifully designed and the rooms are large.

An inaccessible hotel very poorly signposted I will never return there a real nightmare
