The location is good, with food around the hotel, got a watson n mini mart beside. Booked the 2 bedroom, the pictures looks too good, the room not as new, toilet get wet each time you shower. And the sink is mouldy. It's a quiet hotel, hardly see any guests around. However, for the price for 2 bedroom and location, I guess ok with it.

Clean and spacious room, the space looks fairly new. The staff was accommodating, had to request for a late check out because meeting ran late and they responded quickly to my request. Strategic place, coffee shop and watsons next to it. Pelita restaurant and 7 eleven walking distance.

Very good location. Enjoy 2 nights stay at this boutique hotel. Best thing is soundproof of the room, despite it was situated at Main Street but no single noise at all. Room is spacious with sofa. Service is good. Only setback is parking, have to park at roadside which is limited.

Loved the 2 room suite I was given so that my teenager can have his own room, but also easy to contact. Location wise is good for foodies with many coffee shops and cafes nearby within a 5 min walk. There's no shopping mall nearby but you can easily take a grab that will cost 5 or 6 RM to nearby malls. Service was acceptable with rooms clean and counter staff helpful.

Macalister exceeded all my expectations! The room I was in was extremely spacious, providing more than enough room to relax and unwind. Located in a prime area, the hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and convenient stores, making it incredibly convenient to find anything you need. The hotel staff were super accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were always ready to help with any request and even lent us a charging head for our entire trip, which was a lifesaver. Would definitely recomend this stay to anyone visiting georgetown!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and spacious enough for luggage. Location is just nice on the main street, walking distance to convenient store and food street, highly recommended!

Great stay! Room was clean and toilet was well maintained. Toiletries were provided and well sufficient and replenished promptly. The hotel is located in a good area that is not too busy nor loud. Close enough to major attractions and goof food recommendations.

Everything is very good. It’s just that the housekeeping didnt clean thoroughly (no wipe & floor vacuuming). Or else it will be perfect

Great value for this hotel. Located very close to amenities, and the room looked new.

The hotel is located centrally and easy to get taxis and grab cars. Our room smelled strongly of fresh paint and some of us have allergies. On informing, the staff was understanding and upgraded us to a better room. The staff was courteous and helpful always. Some renovation work is undertaken currently, which may hopefully improve the condition of rooms.

We enjoyed our 4 nights' stay. Our room is spacious and clean. All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything.
