Room not clean & yellow dirty on the bed , air-conditioner is on top of bed so other places (door & table area) are very hot , many ants and mosquitoes inside the room

The hotel is nice and suitable for couple. The location also nice and near to komtar, night market and easy to find shops and food

Good for solo traveler with no lift/elevator. No shampoo, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrush.

Good stay at New Wave Hotel. Clean room, but no lift. Decent for the price.

No water services (drinkin water) Room very smelly High price .

Basic accommodation that suited my requirement. Within walking distance to most amenities.

Good budget hotel. Have contingency plan for water supply during water supply disruption.

Not suitable for families. Staf is foreigners and difficult to communicate..parking is problematic.

Comfortable for solo traveller

Well you get what you pay for & it was cheap. Good air con. Weirdly only a bottom sheet on the bed & a blanket. However you wouldn’t want to cover yourself with a blanket without a sheet. Ended up folding over the bottom sheet to form a cover. Very odd.

Not very good bad location

Nice, friendly staff, but don't speak English proper, could be lost in communication. It's located nearby Club or KRV, so there was music till 11 p.m., so not so quite.
