Most TV channels not working….. The shampoo and body shampoo bottles are so tall that fit the hole just right……imagine how you need to squeeze your hand in to press the shampoo (see attached photo) However, must say that the tiny metal rack on top of the basin is one of the best simple designs I have ever seen…….gives you ample space to store your toiletries real tidy without getting wet!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 The friendly and attentive doorman from Nepal added wonderful feeling whenever you get in and out of the hotel 👍🏼

First, it was so noisy at night that I couldn't sleep at all. There was music and singing outside, and then the sound of motorcycles in the morning made me speechless. Second, there is no sunlight and no ventilation in the living room, and there is serious water leakage next to the toilet seat. Third, the service attitude is extremely bad. You need to pay 224 MYR when you arrive at the store. You don’t have enough cash, and 10 MYR is missing. I said to get it and give it to her, but she said no. Throwing me away, she went back by herself on a motorcycle. It was really funny. I thought she had something to do, but she also went back to the room. I walked back on a hot day. I stayed for two days and wanted to continue. I asked How much is she, she told me 788 a day, now all platforms do not have such a high price, I think she is defrauding me, quote at will, and I will post the price of other platforms for three days later, you will know how big the gap is, she belongs to deceive consumers

Great location! Lotsa great food down the streets and it is just a stone throw away! The hotel reception Irfan checked us in. He was nice, humble and pleasant. Same goes to the rest of the reception and housekeeping staff. Clean, doesn’t have any funny smell including the fridge and washing machine. Water pressure is good too!!! Overall, we had a great 5 nights stay at this hotel. 👍🏼

A bit of a let down for a 5 ⭐ facilities. Breakfast : 3/5 Bed : 1/5 (Very hard, had to ask the housekeeping to add on a topper) Facilities : 3/5 (a bit disappointed on the creaking sound of the door) Parking : 2/5 (basement parking is not stroller friendly) Kids room : 0/5 (there’s a smoking odour in the room maybe from the ventilation) Front desk : 1/5 (lack of professionalism, complain from 7am, attended at 8pm,the staff that help me checked in couldn’t speak in English properly and not even in Malay, very let down for a 5 ⭐) I will rate it as good value for money if it wasn’t a 5 star hotel for the overall amenities which are much more available than a normal boutique hotel. But overall not worth the price paid. Background, I am a heavy traveler and had more than 20 trips per year on hotel alone so I believe my opinion is justified knowing the differences. We even extend the trip by booking at their partner hotel (boutique) and had better experience in fact. Hope they can look into this😌 but I thanked the housekeeping and maintenance for attending to our needs 🩷

Excellent Location The hotel is very centrally located in George Town, making it easy to walk to popular attractions, food stalls, shopping malls (Komtar, 1st Avenue), and places like Hin Bus Depot. For food lovers, there are many local eateries, spas, and convenience stores nearby. 2. New & Attractive Design The property feels modern and fresh; many reviewers liked the mix of heritage facade with clean, contemporary interiors. Rooms are well decorated and generally clean. Beds, pillows, and linen get positive marks. 3. Amenities & Conveniences There’s a rooftop (or on-roof) pool (though small) and a gym. These provide nice options to unwind. Free‐flow water dispensers in hallways, complimentary coffee/tea and snacks in the lobby are much appreciated. The hotel is fairly clean, and staff are generally friendly & helpful.

The location is absolutely excellent – lots of great food options within walking distance and everything you need is nearby. However, the soundproofing could be improved as it’s quite easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, still a pleasant stay!

The hotel is located in the center of George Town. You can walk to Dim Sum House for morning tea. There is no parking space and the room is slightly small. There is a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient and suitable for family travel.

The hotel is so cute. The door is at level 1, but the rooms is at level 2. So when you enter the door, you need to go upstairs and you will see the living room. The bed rooms is on the 2 sides, separated by the living room. The window on the main bed room is so unique and feels like classic. I never seen this before. This hotel location is also the best, at least for my trip. It's near to the kimberley street. A lot of cafe and tourist spot close to this hotel (walking distance).

It was the best place to stay. There was a simple kitchen, microwave, kettle, washer/dryer, and family refrigerator. In addition, there was everything we needed. It was spacious enough for my one-year-old to run around, so he didn't get bored even when it was raining and we couldn't go out. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's not a problem even if you don't eat. They clean the room every day, so it was a comfortable stay. As long as you remember to check in (WA 15 minutes before arrival), it's comfortable. I would like to stay at this place again when I come to George Town. I recommend it.

The Magazine Vista Hotel in Penang is more cost-effective. When choosing this hotel, I consulted for a long time, such as booking (more reviews, good or bad), Ctrip (only a simple review). Because it only opened in 2018, the hardware is very new, and the hygiene is good. I especially like to have a washing machine, but I have to find a place to dry the clothes indoors. The location of the apartment is very good. On the left is the GAMA supermarket, and on the right is the landmark of Everbright. Fruits and snacks have their own favorites! Call the front desk before arriving at the hotel, because the front desk is not here, so call in advance and the hotel will send staff to wait at the door. When you call, you need to speak English. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter. India borrowed ”Di Li” (transliteration)-Figure 6 this one. If you call him, you will have no difficulty in communication. He will come to collect a tax of MYR 10 per night, introduce room facilities, and even help you set up a taxi app on your phone. The network is poor and it can't be connected for a few days, so it is important to buy a local phone card. On the second floor facing the street, the noise of motorcycles on the street is loud, which will affect the rest. These problems are not big, this hotel is worth recommending.
