Really good location who come with own transportation. Easy check in. My luck i can check in early. Will repeat again if i go to genting highland.

Mixed experience. Cleanliness can improve a lot. Toilet was left unclean, not flushed after previous use. Service staff probably didn't pay attention to that. Bed sheets maybe clean but had Bed Bugs Crawling underneath. Large TV with Netflix. Amenities provided were good. Air-conditioning remote fixed to the wall. Check in-out smooth.

My stay at Le Verts Genting Highland during my trip to Genting a month ago was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious decor of the hotel, which truly set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The room was incredibly comfortable, with top-notch cleanliness that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The cool weather in Genting made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, allowing me and my husband to unwind both physically and mentally. One of the highlights of our stay was simply walking around the hotel area in the evening. We found steamed chestnuts and sweet potatoes, which were the perfect treat after a peaceful stroll. The food options in the area were never an issue, and everything we had was delicious. Overall, our experience at Le Verts was fantastic, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highland. It’s a beautiful, serene spot that offers great service and a comfortable stay – I’ll definitely be returning!

clean & good location..you can walk to the shop behind Starbucks, a lot of food courts..will stay here again for the future holiday..but the parking is not free..

Be warn that the “deluxe room double“(17m2) picture shown and booked in the trip app does not tally with what we observed in the room. It appears to be more like a superior double(13m2). See self explanatory photos. Hairdryer is missing in the room, need to request from counter. Aircon vent below is dirty and layer of dust is seen at the cupboard

very big room and clean. food not to worry, convenience stores too. many are around. great calue for the price, would stay here again!! just take grab to awana to get cable car to genting location 4/5 cuz may be a little bit hard to get grab to hotel at late night from awana.

Location is good, there are many f&b restaurants nearby. Check in and check out process is fast and staffs are friendly. Overall, we enjoy our night here. Will definitely come again next time!

The hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. The location is near to GHPO and shoplots. The price is cheap. The counter only open from 7 am to 12.30 am. Only have one plug in the room.
