We got free cable car tix but there was little problem when we wanted to use it. The cable car staff said that they could'nt find my name, but after we showed them the voucher from Hotel, it was fine.

The checkin was confusing initially. They asked for tourism tax which I know I already prepaid for, but anyways, still paid for it so can already checkin. I forgot to claim the skyway tickets as part of the package which should have been handed to me in the first place

It was a last min booking but we manage to get 1 room.. the service is great, the prople working here is also great. Great location, all within the area.

Love the house keeping . Ahmad anis have been great and he is friendly and cleans up our rooms real quick and fast too

I had to pay 5RM for early check in and 6Rm for sustainable fees. Despite after they told us Abel to check in at 3pm but the room is still not ready . Overall , good experience .

Spacious room with 2 beds plenty of space to put your luggage and belongings. Hotel did not provide free parking, but it was relatively cheap even after parking for 2 days.

The last time I visited Genting Highlands Tesort was ＞ 20 years ago. There are lots of changes and improvement. Service was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Environment is clean. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

For 240sgd per night, the quality of the items in the room, and facilities like toilet fittings and furniture was very old and worn. Room has only a pack of tissues and 2 bottles of water and basic hygiene needs. No airconditioning and all. Will not come back to Genting again as items are very overpriced there.

The check in service was not pleasant and the breakfast restaurant was hard to find, it took me more than 20 minutes to find it.

We booked this hotel and paid for the breakfast package as we have two elderly 82 yrs and 89yrs who cannot walk very much. Upon checking in we were told that Resort Hotel does not serve breakfast in the same building. We had to take a 15 mins walk through the shopping mall and Indoor team park to get to the breakfast place. Along the way as the two elderly were struggling , we had walked past about a dozen restaurants which we could have eaten in. If only we had Known we would not have bought the breakfast package. The quality of breakfast was not very fantastic , just basis food. We could have eaten in any of the restaurants which had better food.
