4 days 3 Night, Date 26/12/12/2024 - 29/12/2024.
This hotel rewards from Forbes as one of best properties in the world since 6 years, im say agree with Forbes' awards.
Amazing hotel property, very detailed,
almost all properties in my room are amazing,
there is a Christmas tree inside my room,
free wine, high quality bed sets, modern furniture ,
wine glasses, cutlery are all high quality,
also bathroom properties from the white company.
The hotel staff is very helpful, when my son was sick, the hotel staff helped find a doctor, accompanied us to the doctor, appreciated for this.
The location is perfect inside the mall,
next door to mall and theme park.
room cleanliness: perfect.
Breakfast : not buffet breakfast.
food is not varied, little protein.
Absolutely I will back stay there again if I come again 🫶🏻

Overall it's good, but the room rate of 3000 is a bit expensive. The double room has two 0.9-meter beds, which is a bit small. If it's 2000, the room rate is about the same. The scene of opening the curtains in the morning is very nice.

Overall it was good. Love the view from my bed. I think the view is one of the best among all hotels in Genting. One little improvement that is essential is, the blanket is too warm. This blanket only works if Malaysia is snowing. I can’t sleep without blanket, however it’s too hot in this blanket and my sleep was poor despite having a comfy bed.

Beautiful room. However, we had to walk for about 300m to get to our room from the lift lobby as it was the last room which is quite far and tiring to do everyday during our stay. The room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait until almost 5 pm before we could officially check-in. The breakfast provided wasn't great (not buffet) and service was slow.

For a 5 star service it’s disappointing.. was told would call when room is ready but didn’t and when I went to the counter to collect the key had to wait another 10 mins for them to check out the situation.. got worst when I ordered an extra bed and waited for 2 hours or more just to get confirmation whether there’s extra bed availability
