It is worthy of being the only Forbes five-star hotel in Malaysia. It is great. Lying on the big bed in the room, there is a large floor-to-ceiling window in front of you. The scenery outside the window is like living above the clouds. The service is also very good. The welcome fruit and small dessert table are very exquisite. Two macarons will be placed every night when cleaning. The experience is good. Next time I come to Genting, I will choose Crockfords

The room comes with a stunning view! We love it! It is very spacious and sparkling clean! We enjoyed our stay so much! The staff are friendly and helpful too!
This is the first time we encounter a bathroom with sauna facility!
