Absolutely loved the location and the ease of access of the hotel. While the bathroom was a little tiny, the room and all facilities provided for the Hotel de Geneve were very good, and I wholly recommend the hotel for your stay in Geneva. Special shootout to the friendly and accommodating staff at the reception. Thank you!

The bathroom is tiny, even small size asian like me also feel tight in the shower area, would be a disaster for bigger size people. The room has very poor sound insulation. People walking or talking at the corridor can be clearly heard inside the room. The noise from the street is also very disturbing as the window doesn’t block much noise. The location is good, close to tram station towards main train terminal. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient, as near lake and train station. The staff is helpful. The room and shower are both small but clean enough.

The hotel is in a great location. It has lots of charm.  the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.!!

That’s my favorite hotel in this trip in Geneva and there is very beautiful places and cleaning everywhere. I book a room with double beds for my friend and me. It’s very comfortable and cozy. Staffs are very nice and they welcome you yo Switzerland and introduce more places for us👍

Excellent location in the centre of Geneva near Cornavin station. Hotel lobby and rooms have a homey feel with friendly 24 hour front desk staff. Bathroom is very tiny but new and clean.

One receptionist was friendly while another one was annoyed at us not being able to arrange the public transportation card ourselves. We made our booking through trip so we didn’t receive any email from the hotel with any QR code. He could at least try and listen to us calmly instead getting annoyed so easily…

We had a very nice stay here. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. At night it was quiet. Pavel, the gentleman at the front desk was super polite, friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on his face. He gave us a 40% parking reduction pass and a free transportation pass for trams and buses. Breakfast is reasonably priced, but we didn’t have it. There are nice restaurants nearby. The only negative things I could say was that the shower was small, but that is normal in older buildings and I got some mosquito bites at night, but my partner did not. I would definitely come back again.
