All good but I’m not happy with our check in being delayed.

The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. I especially found the security and reception staff to be very successful.

The hotel is nice, the location is nice but I couldn't go and smell it because of the weather conditions. The money is not refunded, it would be nice if it was. Other than that, the brand is nice.

We booked two rooms. The hotel is located in the city. There is a tram in front of the door. The service staff is very polite. The room is clean and tidy. You can only enter the room by swiping your card, which makes you feel safer. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. It is the most delicious breakfast around Türkiye by car. It is very suitable for Asian appetites. The parking space is in the basement of the hotel and can be driven to the front of the hotel. Staff will help park the car in the garage and will also drive over when picking up the car. Full marks for the service and breakfast of this hotel. Forgot to take photos of the room

The room was really spacious and the hotel was in a very central location. The security guards took our car to the parking lot themselves every time. They offered refreshments etc. at the entrance. We were very pleased.

It is close to everywhere in terms of location and the Havaş stop is right behind the hotel. They have friendly staff and they take your luggage into their safe. If I go to Gaziantep again, I will stay here again.

It's far from a real Hampton. We booked a non-smoking room and they sent us to the smoking room. Then we changed rooms and the sink was very small and clogged. The soap in the room took hours to wash off but it wouldn't come off, it was full of chemicals. Breakfast and staff were OK. Parking was good too.

Nice place, service is ok. The city is like this around, with a tram stop at the door. It's quite quiet, with many people traveling for business. Let’s share some breakfasts below
