Everything was amazing the room, spa and customer service at the reception was amazing loved every bit of it, will be back!

The spa was great, even had cucumber water Restaurants close 10-00 early a little for the bar The room was spacious dark a little the maids spent just the third day missing towels the patio door should be washed or renovated I still give it 4 out of 5 I liked it

Very warm welcome, the room was clean and very comfortable. A small downside, on the gallery, there were cigarette butts. A person before us had smoked (we are non-smokers and it is forbidden) and had left cigarette butts on the porch. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic, We were recommended by Ms Sara and she was very attentive and gave us excellent advice. Well done. We would return.

The facility says there is an indoor pool, but there isn't! The children are bored, the only spa is okay but under the age of sixteen can't get in, the restaurant kaso is not bad.
