We are renting an old building. Starting from the basement, we can see that the building is very old. Although it has been renovated since we rented it, it has not been maintained well. The whole building, including the lobby, is very messy. 3. After arriving at the room, I originally thought about checking out and changing to a hotel. Because it was a twin bed, the beds could be pushed together, so we pushed the bed into a double bed. However, after pushing it open, the bottom of the bed backrest was very dirty. There are stickers on the wooden floor that were torn off by previous residents and not cleaned, and there are also stickers on the bathroom wall. Not to mention the toilet seat, it can be said that there is almost no cleaning, the room is not dusted or vacuumed after check-out, and the air quality is not good. 4. With the idea of ​​​​communicating first, we communicated with the hotel staff. They had a good attitude afterwards and changed the toilet seat. After we came back, as soon as we entered the door, the overall room air and hygiene improved a lot. 5. In addition, the sound insulation is not good. We went to bed late the next day. Other rooms on the same floor should have gone out early in the morning with children, so we could hear the voices clearly.

The soundproofing is so poor that I could hear the children screaming in the corridor early in the morning. I could even hear the sound of people blowing their hair and walking clearly.
