Popular Fussen 4-star Hotels

Well the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.

I stayed at Hotel Sonne on Sept 8, 2024. I selected it over others in the vicinity due to the ratings but not everyone’s experiences are the same. Arriving by car is a nightmare because it’s not very obvious where you can pull over to access the reception nor is it very apparent where the main entrance is! I drove back and forth several times until I had to give up and park at a car park 10min away by walking. Another hotel across the street seemed to have easier access to pull in by car. The staff gets a perfect score they are very welcoming and professional I have no complaints about them. My room didn’t seem like the one I had seen on the website. It also seemed stuffy and only had a vertical fan and window if i opened smelled of cigarettes outside. They do have a nice restaurant but I only stayed one night so there wasn’t time for me to eat there. They do have adequate underground parking, some stalls are elevated to fit more vehicles I requested a normal stall as I had a rental and wasn’t comfortable with that. The elevator to reach the rooms was rather dark and i couldn’t read what floor numbers corresponded to my room. Again, overall a nice hotel with great staff but my room wasn’t what I expected it had three twin beds they later converted one into a sofa, was stuffy, bathroom was very tiny and sitting on toilet too close to the wall was very awkward.

The view from the hotel is great! I originally thought it was just a B&B, but I didn’t expect it to be a very large hotel on the mountainside! The view is unparalleled! In the morning, you can take pictures of the Alps and lakes on the hotel lawn. Breakfast is very rich! beyond expectation!

We had to stop there because we couldn't get into our location and we did not have a phone to contact them.The desk clerk was more then helpful and let us use the phone to contact.He also let us use the hotel computer to get directions sent to our email.Thr desk clerk was very friendly and accomadating,had we not got our key we would have stayed there instead.Sokudos to the great desk clerk for helping 4 strangers from Canada.

在歐洲我覺得住得最好酒店了，還包早餐，第一次感受到了歐洲小鎮的早餐種類，全西式。酒店就在弗森小鎮裏，停車免費，去天鵝堡，福爾根湖都很近，附近還有超市，物價比慕尼黑便宜，個人非常喜歡這個小鎮，鬆弛感拉滿，正好遇到當地小朋友們踢球，兒子還跟德國小朋友一起踢球，生活在這麼美的小鎮真開心，不像國內小孩放學都在刷題。

From the outside and the surrounding area of the hotel is nice. However, don't let it fool you as the rooms have furniture and decoration from late 1990s. While this in itself isn't a problem, for the price of the hotel, you'd expect a more modern and newer amenities in the rooms. Additionally, there was only one person working the front desk when we are checking in. Also, I'm not sure if this is with all the rooms but our carpet had a smell and the windows are not very sound proof as we could overhear other guests chatting and smoking until 2am with our windows closed. The hotel breakfast buffet is nice, but there is only 1 coffee machine for all the guests. Needless to say, you will surely wait in a long queue for your coffee. The omelette is great but highly suggest you to avoid the bread. It is harder than a rock!!! Another positive is the all you can eat salad bar for dinner, highly recommend. The parking is also an issue as the hotel does not separate parking for the restaurant and hotel guests, creating unnecessary chaos. The parking garage is for small cars only and our rental SUV could not fit. It would be nice if they create a separate bike lane for the guests who use it so when cars entering and leaving the parking lot, it is safer for both the cars and the cyclists. One last thing, upon check out, it was pointed out hotel WiFi costs 8 Euro a night. One suggestion to the hotel: Don't list this! Or better yet waive the charge! It's 2022, not 2005!

1- Good location, 100 meters from the train station 2- There is a good Chinese food nearby (Sichuan/Cantonese cuisine) and you can find it in Dianping. 3- The town is very small. 4- It's very close to Schwanberg. There is No. 78 bus next to the railway station. The hotel will give you a free bus card. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Neuschwanstein Castle by bus. 5- Hygiene is OK. There is a boiling kettle. 6- Breakfast is also quite rich. Because it's too late. Check out is delayed to 12.. o'clock. Thank you very much the host.

The apartment is located directly on the lake, so you are in green and on the water. Apartments are very cozy and well furnished. The most beautiful are the two-room apartments. Studios are very strongly dominated by the bed. The three-room apartment is actually a two-room apartment plus a windowless room with two narrow beds. This is primarily practical for families with two children. The facilities are rather rustic and in part a little older. But everything is clean and seems friendly. The equipment is complete and has everything you need as guest. The kitchen line is also noticeably well equipped. The operators are very careful and care about the good of the guests. For sports guests there is a swimming pool and fitness facilities, and in summer you can naturally swimming in the lake. There is a spacious path around the lake. The highlight of the facility is undoubtedly the beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Foot and numerous tourist destinations are easily reachable by car. All in all it is a relatively cheap and pleasant facility. Unfortunately, at the time of our visit, no breakfast buffet was offered. You could only order breakfast in the room. We found it bad. The Italian restaurant has opened almost all day and has tables in the garden where you can be siated beautifully with sea view. We were happy around.
