A pleasant stay at the Park HYATT hotel and a Thank You to all the warm welcoming hotel staff such as Sherry Xu, Bowen, Joy and King. I am looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the near future.

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

This time I was only planning to stay in Changbai Mountain for three days, but later I heard that Park Hyatt would be closed after the 17th, so I stayed for another day, which made this trip more fulfilling. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which need to be booked in advance, which is very good. Miss Joy at the hotel front desk has been providing us with some daily life services since we arrived at the store, which made us feel very warm. On the last day, it happened to snow in Changbai Mountain. When I got up at noon, the hotel was covered with a thick layer of "white clothes". The Park Hyatt Hotel covered by snow looked more romantic and warm. The hotel's wooden house afternoon tea is also very unique, you can try it.

After the Chinese New Year, we traveled off-peak and took our children to the Changbaishan Wanda International Resort to ski. It was right to choose Park Hyatt. We called in advance to confirm the airport transfer and room requirements. The check-in procedure was very fast and we were given a room in the main building according to the notes. After all, the ski house is in the main building, which makes travel much more convenient. The room is large, and you can put your ski clothes and other equipment on the bench at the door. The big bed is not crowded after adding a bed, and the bathroom is large enough. I stayed for 4 nights. The aunt restocked and cleaned in time. JayLin and Wang Dong at the front desk were warm and thoughtful. They sent fruit for extended stays and delayed check-out until the airport drop-off time. Although Changbaishan Park Hyatt has been around for more than 10 years, the overall maintenance is good. It can be seen that the design and decoration of the year were still very sophisticated. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the ingredients are fresh and exquisite. Benedict eggs, porridge, pancakes, etc. are all made on site. It is also a good choice to eat in the Yue Hall when you are tired of skiing for lunch and dinner and don’t want to leave the hotel. The ski house is small and the service is good. The lockers are reasonably laid out. It is also convenient to wear your equipment and go out with Park Hyatt’s exclusive slide to take the cable car. Wanda Ski Resort has a large number of visitors. Park Hyatt is located in a private area, which allows you to avoid the crowds. It is generally comfortable and cozy. Walking along the hotel villa area feels like hiking in the snow forest. I will come again next year~

I hesitated before booking the hotel because I read the reviews saying it was not as good as Hyatt, whether in terms of skiing convenience or facilities and services. But after the stay, I still have no regrets. Except that the hotel facilities are relatively old, I am quite satisfied with the overall situation, including hygiene and service. Maybe it is the off-season or there are improvements. The cleaning is also very frequent. The facility problems can be solved in two minutes with one phone call. Skiing is actually quite convenient. Park Hyatt has its own ski house, and the equipment is relatively new. I also went to the town to rent it for comparison. The primary ski slope is also a few steps from the main building. It is only the length of a magic carpet and not that wide, but it is better because there are fewer people. To go to the advanced slope, you need to walk a short distance down or enter the primary slope from the small gate and slide down. There will be fireworks and silver snake sliding performances on Saturday night. This was also reminded in place. It was very exciting and I didn’t miss it. Joy Winne checked out and asked if I was satisfied. I didn’t get up at that time. Overall it was good. But later I remembered that some rights and interests were not implemented in detail. I wanted to experience the snow circle, but because of the schedule, I wanted to schedule the experience time on Monday morning. As a result, it was already flattened. It was a pity. The night ski resort was the same. I remember that it seemed to be the last one on Saturday night. 🥹 I used up the cable car directly, and it turned out that the last one was on Sunday. I came here mainly for skiing and rafting, so I didn’t experience the hot spring water park. There are still many recreational projects, which is very suitable for parents and children.

The only thing about Changbai Mountain is that there is not much snow, but we did everything we should do. I especially appreciate the enthusiasm of Jiang Junfeng from the Park Hyatt concierge. He accompanied me all the way from before I checked in to the time I went there to play until I left the Park Hyatt. If there were any problems, they were handled in a timely manner. The service attitude is very good!

The rooms are all villa-style suites with an excellent location. They have their own exclusive snow house and snow trails, which are very friendly to skiers. The hotel breakfast is very rich and delicious. The concierge Xiaolei provides good service, answers questions in a timely manner, and helps book cars and tours.

The hotel has three cute Alaskans. A big brother in a flowery cotton jacket will lead them to the lobby and then take them outside to help take photos. You can also hold them for a while on the way. The concierge at the entrance will help you open the door and take the luggage. You can also help you charter a car and provide guides for nearby tours. The room is clean, tidy, warm and spacious. The housekeeping staff is also very friendly. They will replenish daily necessities every day. You can ask the aunt for a disposable bathtub cover. The front desk will provide rooms according to the individual's living requirements. Since there were no vacancies when we arrived at the main building, we said that we would check in after the guests checked out. At this time, there was a vacant room, so we went directly into the room. There are many breakfast service staff in the catering department. When you enter the door, you will ask if you want coffee or tea. The staff in the snow house are very enthusiastic and considerate. The hotel has an exclusive snow trail, which is convenient and easy to slide. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service of each department of the hotel was very good. There was no impatience at all. I also watched the last fireworks of Wanda Resort. It felt like I watched all types of fireworks at once.

Wanda Hotel is a very good hotel at the foot of Changbai Mountain. It has a dedicated entrance to the ski resort, afternoon tea in a wooden house, a hot spring swimming pool and its own hot spring. The surrounding scenery is beautiful. The service is generally good, but the quality of the restaurant service staff needs to be improved (there are cases where the waiters whisper and chat in front of the guests while they are eating).

Before coming to Changbai Mountain, I thought it would be troublesome and complicated to buy tickets and transportation, but I found it very worry-free. If you tell the itinerary in advance, the staff can help arrange it. Thanks to Manager Lin Zero Gloria and the concierge director Zero for their meticulous service. When encountering problems, communication is very timely, and they will also give itinerary suggestions and travel tips. The villa No. 9 where I stayed this time is very beautiful. I especially like the large floor-to-ceiling mirror and floor-to-ceiling windows. I took a lot of photos. The cleaning lady also cleaned it very cleanly. Five-star praise~

Overall, it was a good skiing experience. Here are some suggestions for Ctrip friends who want to stay later: 1. The snow house exit of the hotel is dozens of meters away from the entrance of the Baihu cableway. It is very tiring to walk, especially for skiers. But if you pay more attention, you will find that there is a small door about ten meters from the snow house that can enter the primary ski resort and ski to the cableway entrance. We didn't find this until the next day 2. The hotel has an outdoor soaking pool, which is very comfortable after skiing. Outside the swimming pool, remember to bring the bathrobe in the room, otherwise even a short distance is enough to freeze you 3. Snow houses offer free rental of skateboards, shoes, and ski poles, but goggles and snow suits have to be rented, especially the goggles are very old. So if it is convenient, you should buy goggles, snow suits, gloves, and headgear online in advance. 4. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom and the entrance to the room are separated into a small room. The children said that the bathroom is almost better than at home, but there is no "Dyson" as rumored. There is a coffee machine and coffee ingredients, a variety of teas, and beverages. 5. The air-conditioning temperature is relatively warm, but the default quilt is thicker and it still feels hot when sleeping at night, and the children can't cover it. I reported to the front desk that it might be because I came from the south and couldn't adapt, so they helped arrange a thin quilt. I want to say that many chain hotels have done a good job on the issue of physical comfort, and I have been to the Northeast many times. I can only say that this hotel is more welcoming, so it is more "warm".
