The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Fortunately, we stayed in the Club Med all-inclusive hotel, with various activities every day, eating and drinking, and we were not bored. We played mahjong, KTV, billiards, gym, table tennis, and handicraft activities here. There was also a small disco in the evening, and the children were all high when they saw the joy of disco for the first time. The G.O.s were very friendly and good at singing and dancing. It is very close to Xipo and Wanda, and you can drive to Beipo The road around the mountain is particularly beautiful in autumn, and it is not far from Luneng. The Manjiang Grand Canyon is particularly spectacular. Changbai Mountain in autumn is full of oil painting-like scenery! Sanjianghui Scenic Area is also good. I stayed at Songjiang River for four full days. Although I didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain, I had a lot of fun every day!

The room is spacious, affordable, and cost-effective. After checking in on August 7, I decided to stay another night after returning from Changbai Mountain the next day. It was very considerate and we slept very comfortably at night. Our flight is the next morning. My uncle will help us arrange a time to take us to the airport. There is also free breakfast. I was searching for a two-bed hotel and chose it because the room was spacious and the reviews were good. The hotel staff are very friendly. I visited for a trip to the western slope of Changbai Mountain. It was too cold to walk after dinner at the Iron Cauldron Steamed Fish Restaurant, so I took a taxi, but for 10 yuan, you can go anywhere in the city, including the Baekdu Mountain West Wave bus stop. The breakfast stir-fry and porridge are delicious. I forgot my wireless earphones and left them under my pillow when I climbed Mt. Changbai, but suddenly I remembered them, so I contacted the hotel and they kindly found them. thank you

The hotel is really great. I love it. I don’t know why there are so few people in a hotel with such a good environment 😂😂 (Their Western restaurant is really beautiful, I really like this architectural style, because we ordered Western food that night, and we had the Western restaurant to ourselves!! !) The manager of the restaurant, Miss Amy, is also very enthusiastic and made us very comfortable 😌 (and also introduced us to a lot of local culture) and the food was very good! ! ! There was a girl named Jin at the front desk who was also very nice. She even cut carrots for us to feed the deer! I really like this hotel, who knows, my family is soooo. If we hadn’t arranged a lot of itineraries, we could have stayed in this hotel for a long time😭😭

温泉很好，特別是兩個大型游泳池，水很乾凈而且是熱的特棒，餐廳飯萊特別好吃，而且量也很大，自助早餐很豐富，就是有點素。定了四間房有一間空調不好使，前台給調換了房間，很不錯，值得推薦。
