Front desk and all hotel staff are kind, wonderful and professional. The bathrooms in both rooms I staid in had issues (shower, bathtub).

Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is. Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch. Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all. I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.

Such a waiter really affects the reputation of the hotel too much, *too bad, very bad! ! !

The hotel has a beautiful environment outside, clean interior, fresh air, warm and thoughtful service, and good management. It deserves to be a big chain brand! Especially the little beauty at the night shift front desk. Although we don’t know her name, she left a deep impression on our whole family. She is warm and considerate in her service, generous in conversation, and serious and responsible. I give her a big thumbs up! Stayed for two days, mainly because the hotel is clean and tidy. The location is convenient. I go out to work. I still like the atmosphere of the Northeast. The aunt at the front desk and room service are very good. Miss 001 is very enthusiastic.

The family room we stayed in, we thought that the big bed of 1.35 meters would be small, and it was OK to sleep two people. The hotel has good sanitary conditions and a clothesline can be pulled out in the bathroom. There is self-service laundry and drying service on the first floor. Check-out can be delayed until two o'clock the next day, overall good.
