Far from train station it’s a long walk you have to check in by yourself.there’s an English translation on how to check in but it’s quite complicated

Convenient to Hakata Station. Self check-in. Details were sent to email before check-in. However, hygiene needs to be improved in Japan, such as stains in the toilet and items left by the previous guest.

The room is very small. Although it can accommodate three people, there is no space in the room after laying the bed on the floor. The boxes can only be opened in turn in the corridor. The facilities are very simple. There is a disposable toothbrush set but no toothbrush cup. I paid for three people but only two bath towels were provided. Since I don't speak Japanese and only have a phone number to contact, I have no choice but to buy disposable bath towels at my own expense. There is a washing machine, but it is not very clean. There is a stove + a large frying pan and a knife, but nothing else (it is too bad compared to the previous accommodation conditions in Japan...). Overall, if it weren't for the popularity of the World Table Tennis Championships, I would never have booked this hotel at this price. It is too simple.

It is a cost-saving accommodation option. It has a small kitchen where you can cook your own food, and it has its own washing machine. You don’t have to queue up with others to use the coin-operated washing machine. Convenience is the key point. If you don’t spend much time in the room, this type of accommodation is quite suitable.

The beds are not flat, and if the hot water supply is cut off, no one is sure who will help. We stayed for four nights, but the room did not seem to be cleaned. It was a disappointing experience.

Fully automatic, it should be more suitable as a B&B. The toilet is leaking.

It was a bit difficult to get in because it was self-check-in, and the room was smaller than I thought. I paid a lot of money to make a reservation for 3 people, but the room was too small, like a room for 2 people.
