📍Good location on small street, buzzin on weeknights, quiet on weekends. 🥢🍣Fantastic to have sashimi (raw) corner on the breakfast buffet, very fresh. Ramen station too. No egg station, no fruits. Fruit smoothie on weekends only. Small variety for them to name as “breakfast hotel”. 🛌Clean, good self-service amenities (toothbrush, shaver etc.) with various brand’s shampoo/conditioner to try, standard bathtub, water dispenser at lobby level, free ☂️umbrella loan service. Iron available upon request. Coin laundry available. Special discounted 🅿️parking rates at 2,000 JPY for nearby parking complex (paraca) or limited 4 parking spots in front of hotel. 5min Walking distance to bus stop that connects to Hakata station and 10min walk to Yatai stalls that are beside Canal City Mall. 5min walk to Kishida Shrine subway (on main line). 2min walk to Shopping arcade with lots of massage spots, Daiso and restaurants. 1min walk to 🛍️Don Don Donki straight ahead from hotel road.

The room is a bit small but it's good enough if you're not planning to stay in the room the whole day. Afterall, we come here to travel, right?
We totally love the fact that someone is coming to clean every day and they help us change a new towel and sliders.
Breakfast is free and delicious. They serve rice burger. Just not sure if you can only get one per day? As a day I felt super hungry lol
Staff are also very nice.

Can’t ask for a better location as the hotel is literally at the exit of Hakata station and had 2 Family Mart downstairs. The room was very spacious at 18m2 with ample space for a suitcase and had a massage chair in it. There was a lobby area with free coffee for guests to relax in. Service was ok, we didn’t have much interaction. There is no noise from being near a busy station at all.
The only issue was the housekeeping as we would find our disposable empty coffee cups and other trash still in the room though we requested for garbage or housekeeping to be thrown away.

Overall condition and the location of the hotel is good. Just 15 mins walk from hakata station. But the wifi is something they need to look into. I couldn't connect to wifi at all during the peak time that I guess a lot of guests connected at the same time.

I made the reservation the day before my stay.
I was glad I was able to get a twin room.
The location was good, and the bathroom was spacious and had a bathtub.
The hair dryer had a weak airflow,
and the walls were thin, which were a bit of a minus,
but other than that it was perfect.

This hotel is incredibly convenient—Hakata Station and the main bus terminal are just across the street. There are several restaurants nearby, including my favorites: Ichiran and Starbucks, both right next to the hotel.
The breakfast café has a casual, cafeteria-style vibe, but it was very welcoming. Even when we came back late, they still offered a self-service coffee, tea, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch., though I’m not sure if it’s open 24 hours. We were able to bring back dinner and eat it at the café, which made the experience feel even more heartwarming and comfortable.
The room was spacious and brightly lit with fluorescent lighting—something refreshingly different from the dim lighting in many other hotels. The service was excellent.
One memorable experience I had was when I accidentally left my brand-new bag on a city bus. A female staff member named Ms. Uemoto/上本 went above and beyond to help me—she spent about half an hour on the phone coordinating with the bus company and gave me clear directions to their office. Thanks to her help, I was able to retrieve my bag. I’m truly grateful and appreciate her kindness and dedication.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka, and I’d happily stay here again.😊

AAmirahGion stn exit 2. No escalator or lift at that exit. This is an unmanned hotel. Self service check in and check out using tablets. Had trouble checking in because could not find my reservation even after trying a few times. Called the operator using the link in the tablet and he helped resolved immediately.
1 laundry machine located next to the entrance. Free coffee from 7am to 8pm. Free breakfast too. Free towel and toileteries. Only 1 lift but I never had to wait long. No room cleaning service even if stay more than 1 night but can return and replace towel. I stayed 7 nights and got nothing to complain except the bidet in toilet not functioning.
AArrissaThe room is a upper bed. The lower bed can sleep two people. But have to spread the bed by yourself Entering the room to smell the permanently laid tatami. Sometimes I feel a bit smelly, the bathroom on the accommodation floor has only one room, 2 shower rooms, if there are many people staying. the bathroom may not be enough, the location is quite good,i have stayed for the second time, the door of the room is not bolted, when checking out,the sheets must be stored and returned to the counter below.overall, the price is cheap, live to sleep and travel
Mmio_omiIt's very conveniently located near the station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it. The room was very clean and well-maintained.
SSEREENear Hagata station but new year period when checked-in time at 3 p.m. too many people lined up. Then it took sometimes before you will get the room.
GGuest UserI stayed at this place for 3 nights with my friends.
The cleanliness inside and the location are really great.
Unlike hotels, there are no additional services, but I didn't expect that when I booked, so I was really satisfied.
I was worried that it would be difficult to check in because it was unmanned, but the first floor lobby was well-equipped with pads, so it was convenient to use for both check-in and check-out.
And the river view from the balcony inside the room was really amazing.
If I go to Fukuoka again, I would highly recommend staying at this place.
AAnonymous UserI stayed alone. The room was clean and very nice.
I was able to sleep soundly without being bothered by noise.
It was a very cold day with snow falling, but I was given a heating pad when I checked out. I was very happy with the thoughtfulness. Thank you very much♪
