📍Good location on small street, buzzin on weeknights, quiet on weekends. 🥢🍣Fantastic to have sashimi (raw) corner on the breakfast buffet, very fresh. Ramen station too. No egg station, no fruits. Fruit smoothie on weekends only. Small variety for them to name as “breakfast hotel”. 🛌Clean, good self-service amenities (toothbrush, shaver etc.) with various brand’s shampoo/conditioner to try, standard bathtub, water dispenser at lobby level, free ☂️umbrella loan service. Iron available upon request. Coin laundry available. Special discounted 🅿️parking rates at 2,000 JPY for nearby parking complex (paraca) or limited 4 parking spots in front of hotel. 5min Walking distance to bus stop that connects to Hakata station and 10min walk to Yatai stalls that are beside Canal City Mall. 5min walk to Kishida Shrine subway (on main line). 2min walk to Shopping arcade with lots of massage spots, Daiso and restaurants. 1min walk to 🛍️Don Don Donki straight ahead from hotel road.

A clean, modern hotel for a comfortable stay in a nice large room. A washing machine and microwave also provided. Bed a bit narrow and bathtub small for a shower. We were unable to open the windows so the room was a bit stuffy. Overall, good value and pleasant accomodation.

This hotel is incredibly convenient—Hakata Station and the main bus terminal are just across the street. There are several restaurants nearby, including my favorites: Ichiran and Starbucks, both right next to the hotel.
The breakfast café has a casual, cafeteria-style vibe, but it was very welcoming. Even when we came back late, they still offered a self-service coffee, tea, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch., though I’m not sure if it’s open 24 hours. We were able to bring back dinner and eat it at the café, which made the experience feel even more heartwarming and comfortable.
The room was spacious and brightly lit with fluorescent lighting—something refreshingly different from the dim lighting in many other hotels. The service was excellent.
One memorable experience I had was when I accidentally left my brand-new bag on a city bus. A female staff member named Ms. Uemoto/上本 went above and beyond to help me—she spent about half an hour on the phone coordinating with the bus company and gave me clear directions to their office. Thanks to her help, I was able to retrieve my bag. I’m truly grateful and appreciate her kindness and dedication.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka, and I’d happily stay here again.😊

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Room space is adequate & clean. Have tried their breakfast and it was also good. Location is great and you can easy access to Hakata station. There's also many bus routes nearby. Overall it was a good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone travel to Hakata.

I was travelling first time to Fukuoka with my elderly mum so we wanted a hotel stay near to the Hakata train station. Oh this hotel is located very near to the hotel and within 2 min walk! There are family mart opoosite and also next to the hotel. There is also an airport bus stop nearby to the hotel. We like this hotel because the room we stayed in was very spacious and we loved the shower, very refreshing experience. Their 24 hr coffee machine at the hotel lobby was fantastic for coffee lovers.

Checking in at 13.40 after a long train journey was turned down by the male receptionist who insisted us to come back at 15.00 or to pay1000 yen as early check in fee. Absolutely unempathet and this has given me a bad impression

This hotel located is good, just right in front of Hakata station.
Hotel breakfast is yummy, although everyday is the same, but you won’t bored with the breakfast.
The room is pretty small, if you have 2 large luggage, u need to close it up in order to have space to walk.
We booked this hotel due to the location, and it also near to the tour meet up point for our tour which booked via Klook or KKDay.

MMiyu BirdiePersonal opinion as a female Asian traveler.
Location: 20 mins walk from Hakata station. 4 mins walk to Gion bus stop or canal city bus stop, both go to Hakata station in around 10 mins. Also, 15 mins walk to Kawabata Shopping Arcade and Canal CityHakata. There are not many restaurants nearby, only convenient stores around the area. Better eat before returning to the hotel. There is a MaxValu Express (open for 24 hrs, 2 levels: 1st floor drugsstore and B1 supermarket) 4 mins walk from the hotel. Great option for late night snacks, drinks, daily necessities, and tax-free shopping.
Room: small and a bit old, cleanliness ok, no bath tub only shower stall. Shower water is not hot enough. Very poor sound insulation (recommended to use earplugs when sleepping. Provided on 1st floor of hotel). You can hear almost every single activity happening next door(literally meaning). Light switches far away from bed, which is a bit inconvenient.
Front desk: it is an unmanned hotel. Self check-in via smartphone prior (utilizing the QR code) or via computer on 1st floor. Self check-out via tablet provided inside the room or computer on 1st floor. Using password to enter room. There is a female staff member in the lobby area in the morning if needed help for anything. She doesn't speak much English but is very friendly and willing to help. Also, you can text the hotel staff member for assistance if needed via the room tablet provided. They reply quickly.
Amenities: self-service, self luggage storage, only basic items provided. There is no ice maker and only 1 laundry machine on the 1st floor (always being occupied).
All in all, Pros: though the hotel is unmanned, I find it pretty chill, easy and efficient as long as you figure out how things work (not hard at all, perhaps more accessible for younger visitors). Cons: You really have to lower your expectations for everything else. I personally feel it is more like a hostel than a hotel. But considering it is the Hakata area and with this affortable price, can't murmur.
AArrissaThe room is a upper bed. The lower bed can sleep two people. But have to spread the bed by yourself Entering the room to smell the permanently laid tatami. Sometimes I feel a bit smelly, the bathroom on the accommodation floor has only one room, 2 shower rooms, if there are many people staying. the bathroom may not be enough, the location is quite good,i have stayed for the second time, the door of the room is not bolted, when checking out,the sheets must be stored and returned to the counter below.overall, the price is cheap, live to sleep and travel
Mmio_omiIt's very conveniently located near the station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the price is reasonable, so I highly recommend it. The room was very clean and well-maintained.
GGuest UserIt was a little far from the station and bus stop. Think of it as a double-floor one-room. The facility itself was tidy, but on the last day, a friend said he saw a small cockroach. It is recommended to arrange the food in the accommodation in advance during the trip. Please note that the dryer does not have hot wind. Other hot water and air conditioning work well.
SSuzuki_KThe location is good! It closes to the Hakata main station. The check-in time is sharply at 15:00. If you arrive early, like 1430, the old man receptionist would tell you the check-in time is 1500. I think he is a bit rude. He can politely to ask the customers to take a sit or please come back the reception at 1500, instead of telling me what time is it right now. It would be better if the hotel can provide more training to that old man staff.
In general, it is good if you just simply would like to stay for 1-2 nights.
GGuest UserI stayed at this place for 3 nights with my friends.
The cleanliness inside and the location are really great.
Unlike hotels, there are no additional services, but I didn't expect that when I booked, so I was really satisfied.
I was worried that it would be difficult to check in because it was unmanned, but the first floor lobby was well-equipped with pads, so it was convenient to use for both check-in and check-out.
And the river view from the balcony inside the room was really amazing.
If I go to Fukuoka again, I would highly recommend staying at this place.
Mmin0218I stayed here because I had a concert at Marine Messe, even though I live in the prefecture.
The location is close, but it's a bit of a 20-minute walk...
It was cold in winter, so I'm not sure if I could walk it at all.
I don't think I'd be able to walk that far in summer^^;
But they were happy to store my luggage after check-in and check-out, and on the morning of my check-out, I wasn't feeling well and asked to extend my stay by about an hour for a fee, but they gave me a 30-minute extension as a service, which I was very grateful for.
TTTtt777Good for one person, enough space to unpack luggage🧳
The toilet is integrated and thin
The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station and bus station.
There are many restaurants, supermarkets, duty-free shops 🏬
