I fall in love with this hotel and will be back again 100% we got room can see fuji mountain directly from my room and big room more than another hotel i have been at japan before notting to complain.

Big room. Lovely traditional bed. Great location and nice view both lake and mout. Fuji. Recommend for family.

The Hotel is too OLD and need renovation , we paid for Lake View and mount Fuji view , in fact they gave us lower floor which view blocked by other houses . Shower was not working , force to use old style bath with dipper / small bucket for shower . the hotel rate is pricey but hotel conditions was really bad , all bath equipment are super old .

Nice hotel

Great location with bus stop right in front of us. We got lake view, which was quite nice too. Breakfast was okay, bbq dinner was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. We eat less beef, and they were able to arrange more chicken for us the next day. Couldn’t try out the public bath and wine tasting due to the kids. The only thing was no laundry service available. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

It’s quite old but good enough for a short stay.

The room is very spacious, with a bed and tatami. The scenery is great, and there is a pick-up service, so you don't have to worry about transportation after arriving at Kawaguchiko Station. It is very suitable for different seasons.

It's still OK. You can take the red line bus for 4 stops and the hotel is right next to you. Bicycles are available for rent. The location is very close to Lake Kawaguchi and the bridge. The facilities are relatively old, but it's still acceptable. The recent Lawson is terrible. . .

Stay one night at Mount Fuji and experience the hot spring hotel. The hotel is a bit old and has tatami inside. It is on the other side of the river and the location is convenient. You can soak in the hot springs. Unexpectedly, it snowed in the afternoon and you can take pictures of Mount Fuji at the door of the hotel.

The hotel is well located, has a nice view, and the staff is very friendly, but the facilities are old, there aren't enough electrical outlets, and the shampoo and soap are of low quality.

The hotel is in a good location and the room has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The equipment is a bit old, but the overall hygiene is good and the price/performance ratio is very good.
