Can view Mt Fuji from my hotel room.

The Hotel is too OLD and need renovation , we paid for Lake View and mount Fuji view , in fact they gave us lower floor which view blocked by other houses . Shower was not working , force to use old style bath with dipper / small bucket for shower . the hotel rate is pricey but hotel conditions was really bad , all bath equipment are super old .

Nice hotel

Great location with bus stop right in front of us. We got lake view, which was quite nice too. Breakfast was okay, bbq dinner was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. We eat less beef, and they were able to arrange more chicken for us the next day. Couldn’t try out the public bath and wine tasting due to the kids. The only thing was no laundry service available. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

The hotel is in a good location and the room has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The equipment is a bit old, but the overall hygiene is good and the price/performance ratio is very good.

The room is big, but the decoration is old. The air conditioner is still the wall-mounted type. It is next to the lake and has a nice view.

The hotel room is large in Japan, with tatami and western-style beds. I personally think tatami is more comfortable. You can take a hot spring bath, but the hot spring is not big. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is a little old, but it is well maintained. Free parking is available

It is hard to imagine that there will be such a retro three-star hotel in Mount Fuji, Japan in 2023. The facilities are dilapidated and the rooms are small. If you book a room with Ctrip in early November, you can get the worst room type on the whole floor, which will seriously affect your travel experience. I can only say that there will never be a next time.
